“ Pleasant and accommodating tour ”

Yuki is very kind and personal in his approach of the tour. He kindly accompany us to the doctor due to my son's allergy before going to the proper tour. It was very personal and accommodating and we greatly appreciate it. His knowledge of the places to go in our limited time in Tokyo helped us appreciate the beauty and culture of Japan.

Yuki:
Thank you for writting the review. It is always my pleasure to help you to enjoy your tour. I hope you and your son have enjoyed skiing at Ozawa.

“ Day trip in Tokyo ”

I like the free and easy option, and Yuki-san brought us to some nice place for lunch. Although I believe, there is lack of information in general.

Yuki:
Dear Julianty, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry for not explaning enough. Best regards, Yuki.

“ Great family day out in Hakone ”

Yuki was meticulously prepared for our day trip to Hakone with our 1 year-old daughter. He had thought ahead of where we could stop and take our time so she could sleep etc. The tour itself was great fun, with Yuki sharing the history of Hakone, Lake Ashinoko, Mt Fuji and the surrounds. We had time to explore both of the cable cars/ropeways and take some fantastic photos of Mt Fuji. We highly recommend Yuki as a tour guide

Yuki:
Dear Jake, Thank you for your review. It was my first time to visit the summit of Mt.Koma. The view is something I have never see for Mt.Fuji. I will take there my future guests. Your baby is such a nice one and you are a very good father, too. Give my best regrads to your wife and baby.

“ Highly Recommended Guide ”

We had an enjoyable guided tour with Yuki-san who is patient and knowledgeable. He speaks good English and we managed to cover quite a few places with beautiful scenic views. Highly recommended.

Yuki:
Dear Adelin, Thank you so much for taking your time for the review of my tour. I didn't expect to stay such a long time for the ropeway to Mt.Koma and the zoo. We spent another half an hour for the snow slope. Your daughters became very active on the slope and I enjoyed observing their improvement of sled. We had a good day, although we didn't have enough time to visit Open Air Museum. Please give my best regrads, to your family, too.

“ Friendly and helpful guide ”

Yuki was very helpful in guiding us to visit Hakone to see Mount Fuji. Although the weather conditions prevented us from going on the monorail or boat, he had a backup plan which still allowed us to see a great view of Fuji from the Japanese Painting Museum. He went out of his way to reserve a restaurant for us for dinner and made it easy to find our way around and book transportation for the the trip. I would definitely recommend booking with Yuki if you would like someone who is friendly, well-mannered and considerate of your needs.

Yuki:
Dear Jonah, Thank you so much for your review. It was a very poor tour at the beginning as the ropeway and the pirate ship was stopped due to the story weather. We spent some time at the Open Air Museum for expecting recovery of the weather. It was my first visit to Narukawa Art Museum at Lake Ashi and you brought the view of Mt. Fuji from the observatory of the museum. I appreciate you for extending options of my tour to such a nice museum and to the hot bath at Hakone Yumoto. I really enjoy my tour with you. Please come again for the view from the summit of Mt.Koma. Best regard, Yuki.
