“ All The Tokyo Hot Spots ”

Dai was an absolute joy to have as our tour guide. His knowledge of the city and Japanese culture overall was incredible to learn from. We were able to see all the areas and sites we wanted to, but also had plenty of time to enjoy each location. I highly recommend Dai to any future travellers to Tokyo who want to see this great city, but more importantly the histoy and culture of the city.

Dai:

Thank you so much for giving me such a thoughtful review, Andrew. It was super fun to share the time and talk with two of you. Also, I was happy to be able to see you guys enjoyed Soba ( buckwheat noodles ) in Akihabara. I hope this tour ( understanding the city ) will be useful for your work of Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020. Please take good care of yourself and give my best regards to your colleague Shannon. Thanks a million !!!

“ Tokyo Sights to See ”

I had asked Dai to create an itinerary which would suit my family of six with four teenagers. He did a great job. Our itinerary included Imperial Palace, Sensoji Temple, and Meiji Jingu Shrine, all great historical sites in Tokyo. Dai gave us great insight into all these historical places we visted. Dai took us shopping for some kitchen knives which my wife had requested. He took us to a halal restaurant for noodles since we were muslim. He took us and our teenagers to Akihabara where the teens ended up experiencing the manga scene as well as going to a cat cafe. We also ended up going to Harajuka and Takeshita Street were the teens had a great time. Finally we went to Shibuya - Scramble Crossing where we were able to take some great pictures from the local Starbucks. We... read more

“ Excellent day in Tokyo ”

We accomplished more in one day with Dai than we could have in 3 days on our own. Traveling with teenagers is not always easy but Dai made sure to create an itinerary that would be fun and engaging for all of us. He was a pleasure to be with and very knowledgeable about all the sites and how best to navigate a busy city. I highly recommend a day or 2 in Tokyo with him!!

Dai:

I hope your cruise trip all over Japan will be a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE for all of you. Please take good care of yourself and give my best regards to your awesome family. Thanks a million !!! Keep on TRAVELING !!!

“ Brilliant Family Tour of Tokyo ”

Dai was a fantastic tour guide and we had an amazing day with him. He happily adjusted the itinerary to match our interests. We are a family of four with two teenagers and he found attractions to suit us all. He helped us understand travelling on the metro giving us the confidence to use it on our own on the next day. He had fantastic knowledge about the temples and shrines that we wouldn’t have got from a guidebook. Dai took us to a brilliant sushi restaurant and encouraged us to try local foods from street stalls. Thank you Dai!

Dai:

Thank you so much for taking your precious time to write such a considerate review, Hazel. I also had an amazing day with all of you. I was so happy to be able to see your children tried local foods at Tsukiji Outer Market and different kinds of Sushi at a restaurant in Asakusa. I hope you will enjoy the rest of your great journeys in Japan. Please take good care of yourself and give my best regards to your awesome family. Thanks a million !!!

“ Tokyo all over ”

Dai certainly knew his way around Tokyo and the Metro. Dai organised a lovely lunch with Sake tasting which was great! Dai accommodated my injured knee with elevators where possible and a chair in the Samurai Museum. We probably were a bit ambitious tackling so much in one day with our physical limitations, It gave us confidence to tackle metro ourselves. Dai also arranged a seat when booking JR Reservations. He also helped us get back to our Hotel as we were very tired. Thankyou Dai you gave us confidence to travel the Metro to explore more of Tokyo. Yes we bought at knife too.

Dai:

Thank you Leonie, for a thoughtful review. Yes, I think so too, it was a little too much visiting and walking in one day with your conditions. I'm so glad to hear that Greg got a Japanese knife. I believe you enjoyed staying in Kanazawa, Hiroshima and Kyoto as well after Tokyo. Please take good care of yourself and give my best regards to Greg. Thanks a million !!!
