Had a fun day exploring Kyoto with Mana.
Dear Katrina. Thank you for your prompt reply and positive review. I hope you could enjoy your time in Japan and next time you visit Kyoto. I hope we can have more time together!
Mana guided us for two days in Kyoto. She gave us a very expansive yet detailed tour of the city and its many world famous destinations. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and tentative to all our needs. She is excellent and we had a very enjoyable time under her guidance.
Dear Manho. Thank you very much for a great review. I was able to have a fun time after meeting all of you. I should try the steak house at Arashiyama in June. Excuse me for going before you! Thank you for the good information.
When I hired Mana as a guide, I was not sure if we would be able to understand her English. Not only was her English great, we ended up having wonderful conversations. My elder son has been learning Japanese for a year, she supported it and taught him a few tricks and songs to help remember certain aspects of the language. She also teaches English at a high school. She was on time, navigated our routes with ease and accommodated last minute requests. We did not feel rushed at any point, despite our lengthy itinerary. We had a great day with her.
Dear Hima. Thank you for the message that is full of warmth from the bottom of your heart. I was so impressed by the polite attitude of you and your family. I was surprised by elder son's knowledge of not only Japanese language but also Japanese culture. I'm very excited about his future so I'm looking forward to seeing all of you again!
Mana is an informed, enthusiastic guide. She covered a lot. We visited mainly shrines and temples. This was great as many of what we saw that day would have been difficult to visit on our own. We both found her English excellent. She is happy to completely customize your tour. We would recommend her happily.
Dear Delia. It was nice to hear from you. Thank you for taking time to write a tour review. Unfortunately it was raining all day, I was glad you are interested not only in beautiful scenery for the tourists but also temples and shrines themselves. I think that I need to know more about Buddhism for you the next time you visit. Please send my best regards to Rick.
Mana was extremely helpful in getting us into buses, trains and taxis. She provided much information about each site. She asked about our food preferences and took us to lovely restaurant for a great lunch. She insisted adding things to the agenda even when it was going beyond our allotted time. It was a terrific, interesting day and we got to see so much more than we could have on our own or with a regular tour group I would recommend this method of sight seeing to everyone.
Dear Maxine. Thank you for your prompt response,I was so happy. I envy your friendship. I'd like to have a good friend like yours. I hope you have a long lasting friendship. Bon voyage!
