“ Very effective guide ”

Yuki is knowledgeable and informative. Given a rainy day, he was very flexible in changing our plans and making alternate arrangements to meet our needs. He gave us a great day in Hakone, even if we couldn't see Mt. Fuji... including arranging for a private onsen. He even went out of his way to accompany us to a hard-to-find restaurant.

Yuki:

Dear Pat, Thank you for writing the nice review of yesterday’s tour. Unfortunately, it rained but we took advantage of it, I am glad you like museums in Hakone. Best regards, Yuki

“ Tokyo & Yokohama Tours ”

Yuki was an exceptional guide - We would definitely recommend him to anyone as he is very punctual and organized. He had previously requested for places for us to visit & organized the tour as requested. We had 2 great days with him. He made great suggestions and the tour was better than we expected. He is also very informative & friendly - The tour was well paced and well planned. He was flexible enough to accommodate our last minute changes (starting the tour later than usual etc). Yuki also took us to some great places to eat (Ramen & Tempura) which provided memorable experiences in places we simply would not have gone on our own. Thank Yuki!

Yuki:

Dear Hanisha, Thank you for your review of my tours. Lunch is an important part of my tour. I am very grad you like the Ramen and Tempura restaurants. Best regards, Yuki

“ Flexible and informative ”

Wen we were hit by a heavy rain, Yuki readjusted our schedule so that we were out of the weather while travelling to our next destination, then picked up our original route once the rain stopped. It was important that I be at a private residence by a specific time, and he made that happen right on schedule. Unlike some guides I've had, he did not feel the need to chat incessantly. I liked that. I will use him again on my next trip.

Yuki:

Dear William, Thank you for writing a review of my tour. I was my pleasure to guide you my favorite places. We were lucky to continue our tour in the Imperial Palace after spending some time at Asakusa to escape from the local heavy rain. Best regards, Yuki

“ Perfect Trip..Perfect Tour Guide ! ”

Yuki has mastered the art of making a first time tourist feel Welcomed and Comfortable in many parts of Japan. We went to the Tsukiji fish market which could have been a crowded maze without the knowledge and skill of Yuki. He taught us about the fish, the skill of the butchers and then we went to a local restaurant where we felt like family and ate the best sushi we ever had. The second tour was a 12 hour tour ,Tokyo to Kyoto. WOW We traveled the Shinkansen (bullet train) ,went to the 1001 Buddhas temple (Sanjusangendo) and to the Fushimi Inari Shrine. He explained the hand washing ritual and guided us thru the proper protocol, Yuri even took the time on the way home to provide a history lesson to my son and I regarding both Religion and history of the Japanese culture. He is both compet... read more

Yuki:

Dear Mary, Thank you very much for the detailed review of my tours. Food is an important part of my tour so I was very happy when you ate the seafood curry in Kyoto. It was very good for you to take my tours in two days so that we could switch the date for Kyoto to avoid Typhoon 21. Best regards, Yuki
