What to Expect

I'd like to take you to the Osakajo Castle from your hotel. This is one of the historical monuments that attract many visitors both from inside Japan and from abroad. This reminds us of the old times when ancient warriors fought with each other for power struggles. Now it is a peaceful place where you can take a rest and have a nice view from above. Some museum exhibitions are prepared inside and you can also enjoy wearing Japanese traditional costumes of the feudal times in order to take some photos of you. Just have fun!!

“ Excellent day in a Tokyo with Nobuyuki ”

We had a great time with Nobuyuki ( “ Yuki”) in Kyoto. Due to the logistics, we had 2 days in Kyoto on our own before the tour and I had reached out to Yuki before we left to get his recommendations on what to do so that we do not waste any time. Yuki was very prompt in his emails and provided me with the suggested itinerary for the 2 days. We followed his suggestions, saw a lot on our own( or so we thought!) and then had a fantastic day with him. Yuki took us to the places we would not know to go, was very attentive to our needs and requests, knows everything and structured the day iso we could go and see as much as possible. We felt we were everywhere and leant a lot. I highly recommend Yuki as your guide

“ Interesting day with Yuki. Highly recommend. ”

We went around Osaka on a half day tour with Yuki, and it was a very interesting and engaging tour. Yuki was able to explain the city, history and interesting facts about food, Osaka to us. Kids had fun! From the hotel, we went to Umeda, Osaka Castle, walked around Dotonburi/Namba for a bit. Yuki also recommend a very good restaurant for Okonomiyaki. It was a good day for us! and will definitely do this with Yuki when we are back in town.

“ Our First Evening in Osaka Dotonbori Experience ”

Nobuyuki was a really good tour guide. This was supposed to be a foodie tour and we enjoyed our dinner eating Osaka’s famous okonomiyaki. We walked around Dotonburi enjoying its sights. Nobuyuki knew a lot about history. We enjoyed our evening with him. Before our tour, Nobuyuki made sure he knew where to bring us to. We had pre tour email exchanges so he knew our preferences. Great experience.

“ Not what we had hoped for. ”

Apart from being met at the port & delivered safely to the airport, the day was very disappointing. We did not visit the famous castle, had great difficulty in keeping up with our guide & felt it was a very expensive & unsatisfying exercise.
