What to Expect

This is the Japanese Broadway, so to speak, in the sense that it represents the mixture of good food and comedy theaters and some other theatrical values.
By visiting there you can enjoy the multi-national atmosphere mainly based on the asian feeling that dominates the street. It gives the sense that you would feel as if you were in a wonder land just like a festival which never ends all year round. The river running from west to east stands for the passing time which connects old and new aspects of life and you can enjoy being part of it.

What‘s included

Guide fee, hotel pick-up

What‘s not included

Transportation fee (you and guide), lunch, dinner

In some restaurants they will serve their food a little bit too spicy for some people. So I would recommend you to choose from Japanese egg based pizza, Japanese egg dumplings, Crab dishes or Sushi bars.

“ Tour of Osaka ”

Nobuyuki provided an excellent tour of Osaka. He was very obliging and knowledgable. We arrived at Kobe by ship and Nobuyuki met us at the port and assisted us with taxis and train to Osaka where he then helped us store our luggage and exchange our JR pass. Once sorted, he took us to so many places including Osakajo Castle and we experienced a traditional lunch of Okonomiyaki. We had a great day and at the end of the tour, Nobuyuki made sure we returned to Osaka station and were in the right place for our train. His assistance with negotiating the train system & tickets, etc certainly helped us in the next few days when we were travelling on our own.

I appreciate so much your having written the review on my tour. After much walking we could arrive and see the good places and after a little bit of waiting we could have a good lunch at Dotonbori. I hope we had a precious time together and that this experience will lead to another visit by you to our region of Japan. Thank you again and I wish you good holidays.

“ Tour of Kyoto ”

Nobuyuki was a very informative tour guide. He always had interesting facts about the sites we visited. He was very patient with our group of five. He was very concerned we stayed together I highly recommend him

Dear Mr. Keith Thank you very much for your comment on my tour. I also appreciate your kindness and close attention to my guiding. I hope you will have a good trip for the rest of your stay in the country. And I wish all of you health and great happiness. Thank you again. Best regards, Nobuyuki

Nobuyuki was very prompt in meeting us. He took care of all the transportation and entrance fees to make it easier, and we reimbursed him later. He seemed knowledgeable about the sites and had a good enough ability to communicate with us in English. He attempted to accommodate all our needs and wishes.

Thank you very much for your review on my tour with you, Barbara. If we had had more time, We would have visited some other places on the north and west sides of Kyoto such as Golden Pavilion and Arashiyama bamboo district. This time, we had to visit only two main destinations including Higashiyama within four hours. In fact we spent more than five hours together but the night at Gion district may have been graceful. Thank you again for your comments on me and our tour. Good-Bye!!

We used Nobukuki as our guide in both Osaka and Kyoto. We did the tours for two days starting from Kyoto visiting Osaka and coming back to Kyoto where we visited Silver Pavilion and SanjuSangen-do and Kiyomizu-dera and other places like Eikando. Nobukuki was an excellent guide. His English was outstanding and he was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture. He is a very well educated person and we would not hesitate to give him our highest recommendation.

Thank you very much for your comments on my tour, Linda. Our tour included very special places for the visitors from abroad. I'm glad I could show both of you very clear contrast between modern and old values which we can appreciated in both Osaka and Kyoto. Art blends into nature, that is one aspect we could be proud of in Japanese culture. I hope your memory about the trip in this country and region will last for always. And someday I will hopefully be able to see you. Thank you again. Please have good vacations!
