Yoko-san went above and beyond any expectations since the moment I contacted her to book our day tour with her months ago. She provided advice on hotels, suburbs, best advice on ways to get from the airport, and to other places that we would do on our own, inquiries about where to find Dragon Ball Z figures and a cat cafe that allowed kids. Our day yesterday with her visiting the Imperial Palace Gardens, strolling Ginza streets, Ginza Six, Nissan showrooms, Nezu-jinja and Yanaka, and finally Akihabara to get the DBZ figures was blessed with a beautiful sunny but quite a warm day. She asked us to leave 10minutes earlier than our scheduled meeting time and surprised us by making us watch an official carriage procession of dignitaries coming to meet the Emperor. She also took it upon herse... read more
Yoko was fun, knowledgeable, and very helpful with my visit and tour. I was happy to have met her and to have spent the day exploring Tokyo. Yoko was very informative about the city and sights. She was also was very helpful when I mailed some purchased back home. She checked in with me to make certain I was enjoying my stay even after our tour. I highly recommend Yoko as a guide to anyone who wants to visit Tokyo.
I appreciate your excellent review so much. I really enjoyed your dry sense of humor so it was great fun for me to be able to go around Tokyo with you. I hope you enjoyed Nikko and Miyagi, too. Please enjoy your Japanese green tea and I wish I can see you and guide other places too in the future. Thank you again, Jim!!
I stayed in Tokyo for less than 2 days with my 5 year old son. I decided that the best way to get a flavour of this wonderful city would be to go on a tour with a guide. I was right. Yoko was just great! Very knowledgable and organized. She took us on a great tour to all the major landmarks whilst navigating so effectively through the complicated transportation system! It was a beautiful day; we walked a lot and discovered so much! My son loved the experience too! Thank you Yoko for everything! We will not forget you! Myrto and Jason
Thank you so much for such a sweet review. It was a great pleasure for me to meet a wonderful beautiful lady like you,Myrto, with full of International experiences. I had so much fun talking with you. Your son is so cute and adorable. I already miss both of you so much. It was a very lovely day. I wish you enjoy Kyoto and Nara. I hope to see you and maybe with your brother's family visiting Japan again. Please say hi to Jason for me. See you!!
We (me and my 12 year old son) scheduled a full day tour of Nikko with Yoko. We could not have been happier with the service she provided. No way we could have seen everything we did or navigate the trains/buses so efficiently without her. She also provided terrific insight into the history of the area as well as provided us with a great overview of current Japanese customs and culture. She is amazing. Travel with her, you will not regret it.
I appreciate that you wrote such a warm and kind review. Even we couldn't see Kegon Falls that day because of the thick fog, Jack found interest in the Tamozawa Imperial Villa thanks to the bus ride. Both of you were so nice that I also enjoyed the Nikko visit very much. I hope you enjoyed Kyoto, too. I wish to show you around more places in the future. Thank you again for everything.
Had a really fun and informative day with Yoko. We started and ended on time even with a very aggressive schedule of activities. Yoko was pleasant and had taken considerable time to pre plan the day to ensure my desired touring locations were all achieved. I would certainly recommend her.
Thank you so much for your review. Well, your hotel was a little too south to finish on time, but we can squeeze in many places. We visited Imperial Palace Plaza with the view of Double Bridge instead of the Imperial Palace. Please visit the Imperial Palace when you become one of the US's dignitaries some day. There are still so much places to see in Tokyo and we can also see the Great Buddha of Kamakura, so I will be waiting for you to come with your wife on vacation. BTW, the icecream flavor that we had as dessert is the same flavor that President Obama called "unforgettable.":-)
