“ Day trip to Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji ”

Kaori was very well-organised and thoughtful. She took care of all the details and was flexible to adapt to our sudden change of requirements which can happen when you are travelling with a young kid. She was also very well-informed and took pains to explain in detail the history and cultural details of the sights. It was a pity that the wind cave was closed that day but she was able to recommend alternatives. A lovely day with gorgeous views of Mount Fuji

Kaori:

Thank you for a good review on me and my tour, Trina-san. We've got a big lucky to enjoy the beauty of Mt.Fuji whole day! I'm impressed how well your 10 year-old son was listening to both of parents. Only one thing sorry about was wind cave closed temporary due to inspection. I wish we could try Ice Cave or Bat Cave, which your son and husband didn't want to as too adventurous. Glad we could enjoy folk village instead with perfect Mt.Fuji view. Thank you for choosing me as your tour guide for wonderful Mt.Fuji tour. Hugs and kisses, Kaori

“ Kaori helped us make the most of our short time in Tokyo ”

Kaori was very good with communication prior to the trip. She was well prepared and very sweet. We probably saw twice as much as we would have been able to on our own. Particularly helpful with navigating the transportation system. I really enjoyed the cat cafe.

Kaori:

Thank you for an excellent review, Leesa-san. Thanks to your kind cooperation, we could enjoy the tour the fullest by the time of shuttle bus to your cruise ship. I was also so happy to be with you and your family enjoying cat cafe so happily. I enjoyed talking with each of your charming three sons a lot during the tour. Thanks again. Enjoy your rest of cruise ship travel. Great to meet to all of you. Hugs and kisses, Kaori

“ Thoughtful and great company ”

We spent a full day with Kaori on a day trip to Hakone from Tokyo. There were four of us, including my elderly parents. My mother has a walking stick, and my father has diabetes, so we had some special requirements, including a need to be flexible if anyone got too tired. Added into that were the complexities of closures due to typhoon and volcanic activity. Kaori took ALL of this in her stride, and with incredible attentiveness and generosity, made sure we had a full day that was enjoyable for everyone, with absolutely zero stress. Thanks Kaori for a magical day that will be long remembered as a highlight of our trip!

Kaori:

Thank you for your heartwarming review, Kate-san. It was a beautiful autumn day. We couldn't expect more than today with perfect Mt.Fuji with snow cap throughout the day. I appreciate that you let me have shared this wonderful day together with your family. Your family is such a bright beautiful family, caring each other, joking each other and enjoying life the fullest. I was happy to be part of your trip. I'm also so happy to hear you had zero stress during the tour. That's the best honor for me as tour guide! Great to meet experts of Japan like you. Keep enjoying rest of your travel. Say thank you to all. Hugs and kisses, Kaori

“ Busy two days seeing highlights of Tokyo ”

My husband and daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed spending two days in Tokyo with Kaori, who was extremely pleasant, agreeable, low key and helpful. We had an ambitious agenda but Kaori got us smoothly around town by foot and transit and helped us get our bullet train tickets for later travel. She had learned about the opening of an observation tower near Shabuya crossing and suggested we modify our itinerary to include that, which was a great suggestion. It was a pleasure to have Kaori as our guide and we would recommend her. She organized things so we could walk between a lot of sites thereby getting to see things as we walked.

Kaori:

Thank you for the warmest review on me, Lynne-san. I truly appreciate your kindness for taking time even when you're still on holiday. It was really honor and a big pleasure for me to have you as my guests by being introduced by someone I guided in the past. You requested mixture of musts and local in a limited time. I'm glad we could make it as much as possible thanks to your being good walkers. And I'm happy to see you enjoyed newly opened Shibuya Sky observation, which now I feel the best open-air observatory in Tokyo. Please say hello and love to Skee-san family when you meet them. Keep enjoying your rest of your stay! Hugs and kisses, Kaori

“ Perfect Day in Tokyo ”

From the start of our day to the end, Kaori was terrific! She was right on time and off we went. Kaori has a wonderful manner that made us very comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable of every site we visited throughout the entire day and gave us options as we continued our journey through Tokyo. She found a very small restaurant, for lunch, where the food was tasty, the service great, and the atmosphere cozy. By the end of the day, we felt like we made a friend in Kaori. We HIGHLY recommend Kaori to anyone who wants a more personalized tour of Tokyo.

Kaori:

Thank you for wonderful review while you're still on your holiday, Fabiola-san. We've been through many messages prior to our tour day. So, I didn't feel we met each other first time when I met you in the morning. Thank you for beautiful present you brought all the way to Japan for me, especially, please say special thanks to your beautiful daughters. I love them! I'm happy to hear you felt comfortable during tour. It was also my pleasure to take you to the off-the beaten spots. I'm looking forward to meeting you again when you come back to Tokyo. See you in 2 weeks. Enjoy your trip the fullest until then! Kaori
