“ Most cultural experience in Tokyo ”

Yuki went above and beyond and organised a traditional tea ceremony in which I participated whilst wearing a traditional Yukata. I specifically wanted to do this and he arranged it all for me. He was an amazing tour guide taking me to all the places I wanted to see. I highly recommend Yuki!

Yuki:

Dear Fergil, Thank you taking my tour. The tea ceremony is my favorite, but they don't offer it to one person so I joined it. You looked nice with your Kimono! Best regards, Yuki

“ Yuki is an excellent guide ”

Yuki knows Tōkyō inside out. He was very accommodating and changed the itinerary at our request on the fly. I highly recommend him. He guided my daughter and I for 2 days.

Yuki:

Dear Joseph, Thank you for taking my tour for two days. The weather was strange but we took the advantage to visit new places. Thank you for accompanying me to the observatory and the Digital Art Museum. Best regards, Yuki

“ We were very grateful to have Yuki as our guide! ”

Yuki did an excellent job guiding us through the one day "Hakone Memories" trip, starting from meeting us right in our lobby all the way to getting us back at the end of the day. Yuki was consistently knowledgeable about navigating the sometimes complicated travel conveyances. He adjusted our agenda based on weather and our preferences. When some members of our party used their IC Card instead of the Hakone Free Pass ticket at some of the ticket turnstiles, causing the IC Cards to be set to an error state, Yuki got everything straightened out. He made the whole experience seamless and carefree. We even got a momentary view of Mt. Fuji from the Shinkansen, despite most of the day being overcast. We were very thankful to have Yuki as our guide!

Yuki:

Dear Dan, Thank you for taking my tour of Hakone. It was a good tour although we can not see Mt. Fuji very well. Please give my best regards to your family. Yuki

“ Historical Tour of Yokohama ”

I spent two separate half-days with Yuki as my guide in Yokohama. I requested a historical walking tour of Yokohama, which was not previously a set tour, but which Yuki took the time to research and design just for me. He went the extra mile to create easy to understand slides for me on his iPad that he would reveal at key locations and moments, which helped me more easily understand the history of Yokohama in particular, as well as the broader history of Japan. I recommend Yuki to anyone who wants to learn more about Yokohama's history (especially from the 1850's opening to foreign trade until the present), while visiting interesting sightseeing spots and historically important locations in the city.

Yuki:

Dear Jesssica, Thank you for taking my tours and write a nice review with complements. You gave me the change to learn deeper on the history of Yokohama. Based on this opportunity, I can improve my tour for those being interested in Japanese history and related sightseeing spots in Yokohama. I hope you will enjoy your stay in Japan. Best regards, Yuki

“ Great day in Kyoto ”

Our day in Kyoto is exactly what we were hoping for! We loved getting to experience the Shinkansen which was a great way to get to Kyoto and back. The three sights we saw in Kyoto were fascinating. Yuki provided us with great history and information as we visited the areas. Lunch was a particular highlight. Delicious and unique Kyoto cuisine. We also appreciated Yuki making special arrangements for a taxi to help us get out of the heat on such a hot day. Great way to see the highlights of Kyoto in one day.

Yuki:

Dear Karen, Thank you for taking my tour and write such a nice review on the same day. The Shinkansen makes this tour possible, but I try to make you feel comfortable with the pace. It is my great pleasure to take you my favorite restaurant of Kyoto cuisine at Ponto-Cho. Please give my best regards to your family and mother. Yuki
