It was an exciting and interesting visit to Mount Fuji. With a family of 5, we were lucky to see clear blue sky with Mount Fuji clearly visible. We started our day from Shin Okubu at 8.30am and arrived Lake Kawamuchigo at 9.45am. As we were early, there’s no queue and we managed to go for lake cruise without much waiting time. Thanks to Nobu San in planning such an agenda for us. He is definitely a patience, helpful and flexible to accommodate to changes in our plan. We enjoyed the trip to Mount Fuji very much and hope to return in another season for another new scenic experience.
Thank you very much for your review, Lee san. We were lucky enough to see beautiful Mt. Fuji all day and there were no traffic jam and long queue except return drive to Tokyo. I recommend you to visit there in April or May next time. You would enjoy beautiful moss phlox. You can also go up to the 5th Station. Thank you and have a nice stay in Japan. Nobu
It has been an excellent and wonderful experience with guide Nobu San as well as our friendly driver . Thank you for your patience in waiting for us always. Nobu is very knowledgeable and very humble . He takes care of all of us and keep a look out always. I count my blessings to have met such great guide and driver . Nobu keeps a watchful eye and makes sure I get back my correct change amount when I am buying something as well as telling me that it is not compulsory to buy the Mt Fuji photo shot if I don't want to and already had it in my phone ... I will definitely engage and contact Nobu again next time ...Merry Christmas guys . Thank you Nobu and take care ...🙏😊...
Thank you very much for your review, Eileen. I also enjoyed a pleasant time with you and your family. I am looking Forward to Guiding you again next time. Thank you again for spending your time with us. Nobu
Only had a few hours to try and get in a few sites in Tokyo while on a business trip with a client. Nobu was the perfect guide - making sure we were able to see several sites and spend the right amount of time at each. He knew his way around the city perfectly, providing sound advice on how best to go between locations. He provided us with the perfect amount of information about the places we visited. I am sure he could have given a lecture on each location, but Nobu was able to read his audience and provide exactly what we were looking for. I'd highly recommend a tour with Nobu. I will definitely use him again when I am back in town.
Thank you very much for your review, David. It is my pleasure to know that you were satisfied with my tour. We could only visit 3 places in a limited time, but there are a lot of attractive places in Tokyo. I do hope to guide you in such places when you come back to Tokyo. Nobu
Hi. My family and I recently spent a week in Tokyo. One of the places we wanted to visit was Mt. Fuji. I considered booking a daytrip before arriving in Tokyo but I understood that the weather was a big factor in being able to see Mt. Fuji and I was not convinced of the accuracy of the weather forecasts 2-3 weeks before the trip. Also, almost all of the day trips to Mt. Fuji required us to meet a tour bus at a location more central than our lodgings, a hotel in Daiba. (None of the tour buses had pick ups at or near our hotel.) Being unfamiliar with the busy Tokyo metro and subway stations, I was hesitant to venture onto public transportation system especially at rush hour. It was cloudy and rainy about half of the time we were in Tokyo but there was one day when the weather near... read more
Thank you very much for your review, Tony. I am glad to know that you and your family were satisfied with the tour to Mt. Fuji. It is not easy to arrange a private van a day before the tour date, but we were lucky enough to find a car. Since I know there was a Momiji Festival at Lake Kawaguchi in November, I wanted you to see the beautiful colored leaves. I chose the local restaurant because they serve delicious local Foods including Hoto noodle. Thank you again for spending your time with me. I am Looking Forward to meeting you and your family again in the future. Nobu
I had requested a driver with a car, but apparently there was some confusion about that and Nobu arrived at my hotel on time, but on foot. I'm so glad he did after all! Not only did he take me to where I wanted to go, but he was incredibly knowledgable about everything Tokyo. Getting around on the Metro with him was soooo much easier and fun. We even went to the Micro Pig cafe together. As well, I had planned my departure to the airport incorrectly, and if it wasn't for Nobu I probably would've missed my flight! He checked the rail schedule, escorted me to the station, helped me get the right ticket, and helped me navigate the labyrinthine station to my train. I highly recommend Nobu and Triple lights!!
Thank you very much for your review, Jeremy. I feel relieved to hear that you caught your flight! I also feel happy to know that you were satisfied even though we had no car. Micro pigs were lovely and cute! Thank you very much for giving me a chance to visit there. Hoping to meet you again either in Japan or in the U.S. Thank you again for spending your time with me. Nobu
