Nara was the first capital of Japan which held great imperial and religious power. Today, this city is famous for its amazing UNESCO monuments, such as the massive 15 meter tall copper Buddha. Located one hour away from Kyoto and Osaka, Nara is easily accessible by JR trains. Nara is also well-known for the 1300 sacred deer walking freely around the park.

Mari is a wonderful, cheerful and informed guide. We very much enjoyed our time with her. She did a great job tailoring an itinerary that really maximized our time yet catered to our individual interests. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to visit Kyoto and wishes to use their time efficiently to see all the wonderful and beautiful things to see there.
Thank you so much for your comments. Today I received a new message from your friend and I thought about you. I am very grateful to your recommendation. (Especially at this moment, the number of tourists is decreasing because of coronavirus. It is not very harmful as flu though.) I will remember you when I guide your friends. Again, thank you so much!!
Great experience and learned so much of Kyoto all due to Mari. She was so informative and took us to places with hidden food gems. Definitely would take another tour with Mari again
She was so sweet and knew exactly what I wanted. Not a lot is sight seeing. But more seeing the way of life with Ōsaka
Thank you so much Gillian. I am writing to you remembering the nice moment with you. The time was short, but it was very nice to know you! I am always looking forward to meeting you again in the future. :)
Mari was very communicative and accommodating to many requests, and she did a great job guiding!
Thank you for your review! It was very nice to meet your customers. I am waiting for another request from you!
From the start of our day to the end, Mari was terrific! She was right on time and off we went. Mari has a wonderful, easy-going manner that made us very comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable of every site we visited throughout the entire day and gave us options as we continued our journey through Kyoto. She found a very small restaurant, for lunch, where the food was tasty, the service great, and the atmosphere cozy. Mari also gave us a couple of possible recommendations for dinner that were near our hotel. We took her advice and enjoyed some of the best Ramen in Kyoto in a restaurant that seated only 11 people. By the end of the day, we felt like we made a friend in Mari. We HIGHLY recommend Mari to anyone who wants a more personalized tour of Kyoto. We would definitely... read more
