I organised this tour on behalf of a teenager who is fascinated with the Yamato battleship so this tour had to be very customised and Kashima-San lived up to the challenge! The boy really enjoyed himself. The guide spoke good English, very polite and respectful and he was flexible with the schedule. In fact the family said that they would highly recommend Kashima-San to others who visits Hiroshima!
I-Lin san, Thank you very much for your great and utmost review for me. It was great time for me to support your mother and your family for Hiroshima tour. We visited Yamato-museum where we could see the models (1/10) of Battleship named “Yamato” and lots of other ships and actual objects of submarine & airplane “Zero fighter plane”. There are many historical background explanations, photos and actual objects & ship models exhibited which are historically very important ones manufactured before and during World War2. Also, we visited Atomic bomb dome and Peace memorial museum. I am pleased that we could enjoyed a lot. Specially, your mother's young boy is so clever and has lots of knowledge about Yamato and related Japanese history. I am so much impressive for him. He has so strong c... read more

Hollie san, Thank you very much for your warm and utmost review for me. Our original tour plan was one day tour on Oct.12 for Hakone & Yokohama. However, unfortunately, the biggest typhoon named 19th hit Japan in Kanto area from Oct.11 to Oct.12. Under this circumstance, you and your friends were kindly flexible to see the storm situation by communication with me and we could set the alternate tour on Oct.13 by making several alternate tour options prepared. In the end, we could enjoy Tokyo tour visiting Imperial palace, Zojoji, Tokyo tower, Harajuku, Omotesando and Shinjuku Golden Gai with beer drinking as final enjoyment under sunny weather on the day. I am very much pleased that you and your friends could enjoy the tour even under this unexpected situation. During the tour, we coul... read more
Kashima tried his best to show us through Nikko, but we expected much more knowledge in one of the most interesting places in Japan. The information he gave us, we already had when preparing the trip. From a guide we also expected better knowledge in English.
Michael san, Thank you very much for your helpful review for me and selecting me as a guide for your precious Nikko tour. We visited Toshogu shrine, Akechidaira, Lake-Chuzenji and Kegon-waterfall. Unfortunately, due to cloudy whether, we could not take Ropeway in Akechidaira to view the landscape and we could not see clear view of Kegon-waterfall near Lake-Chuzenji. You had ever come to Japan decades years ago and this trip in Japan is your 3rd one. . I am pleased to hear from you that you know well Japan and love Japan ncluding Nikko. Also, I am amazed that you will have your own tour through Japan with your family by renting a car after this tour . Totally competent caring for our group. Got us through the day with ease. English was frequently difficult to understand, though. Very good skills getting us through all our train and bus changes. Did not, though, keep us together through the Himeji castle, nor give us any education while inside.
Bob san, Thank you very much for your utmost and helpful review for me and selecting me as a guide for your Himeji & Kobe tour. I am pleased that I could support your, your wife and your group of 8 people from your cruise ship members. All your members are so active to learn about Japanese history, culture and daily life. I could communicate a lot with all your members. Also, I am pleased that you kindly pointed out my inperfected points. I will improve my explanation skill about each spots information by English with more slowly and accurate so that everyone can easy understand. As for the explanation inside Himeji castle, I am sorry that I could not explain there. I will improve how to explain to large members during climbing up to 7 stories castle with jammed situation. I hope tha... read more
