The temple is a major landmark of Nara. It’s famous for the Great statue of Buddha. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We will take a walk in Nara Park. There are many deer. If you want, you can feed deer.
It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s famous for the five-storied pagoda and the Temple National Treasure Hall.
You can see the second highest pagoda in Japan.
The pond was a part of Kofukuji Temple’s grounds.
The reflection of the five-storied pagoda on the surface of the water attracts visitors.
Nara machi is the former merchant district of Nara.
Traditional buildings are preserved. There are many cafés and restaurants which renovated from old-town houses called “Machiya”.
At Nara machi, we will visit Koshi-no-ie ( reproduction of a traditional Japanese house) and Daijoin temple garden.

The Garden pond and surrounding area were designated by Japanese government as a “scenic place”.
