“ Great tour with a knowledgeable guide ”

Hiro-san was very friendly and was happy and eager to answer our questions relating to the tour and Japan in general. His tours have been an absolute highlight of our stay in Japan and we will be sure to book another if we are ever in the area again. We got to see many of the best attractions the city had to offer and eat some great food too!

Dear Laura, I appreciate your leaving five-star rated review on the tour with me. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour with me. It was also very honorable for me to attend your honeymoon tour on this occasion. I wish you a happy marriage with Chris and look forward to seeing you again in the future. Best regards, Hiroyuki

Very pleasant and professional and considerate - we have him for many days so please no more surveys until the end of our time with him - yr business if very helpful but these constant reviews intrusive in a busy holiday - I do not want to spend every day answering yr emails, please!

Dear Robyn, Thank you very much for taking time to leave such a prompt review on me. I am looking forward to the tours with you from now on. Best regards, Hiroyuki

“ A delightful customized tour in Kyoto! ”

My son and I had a delightful day with Hiro-san as our guide in Kyoto. We had requested the Sagano Bamboo Forest, the Saihoji Temple (moss garden), and the Katsura Imperial Villa--the last two requiring applications--and Hiro-san pulled all of them into our itinerary plus the Togetsu Bridge, lunch at a Japanese restaurant, and a visit to the Nishiki Market (which we requested at the last minute). Hiro-san is a knowledgable, personable, patient and organized guide with a great command of English. We enjoyed bantering with him about all kinds of issues--culture, history, lifestyles, etc. Hiro-san was a great sport about it all, and we enjoyed the tour and our time with him very much. We highly recommend Hiro-san for customized tours.

Dear Carol san, I appreciate your leaving rave review on the tour with me over Kyoto. I had a very pleasant time with you and Keith. I shall be happy if the tour with me would be of help to Keith understand the matters in Japan. I look forward to seeing you again in the near future. Best regards, Hiroyuki

Finished the day with a toy museum to our daughter’s delight. He also will send us the photos he took. I highly recommend his services. Regards Ian,Lisa &Ian
