Important

Please note that It is not aways possible to join this activity even though the calendar shows it is available on the day. Confirm the schedule before booking.

About the activity:
You can create one or several glassworks at one time (glass, dish, fishbowl, wind-bell, accessory etc.)
It takes about 1 hour for 1-2 customers, and about 1.5-2 hours for 3-5 customers if making one glasswork for each.
Blowing-glass activity is available from small children(over 4 years old) to elderly supported by the owner.
Small children can have another kind of experience which is easier to make accessories or a paperweight without blowing glasses.
Activity fee : 2,800 yen to 3200 yen for a piece of work (1,200 yen for non-blowing experience)
Plus, shipping cost is required to send your works to your home or your hotel in Japan since your works cannot be handed on the day.
Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage or loss caused during shipping, though we package your works very carefully.

How to get to the atelier:
The guide will pick you up at the nearest station or the bus stop.
If you are already in Mt.Fuji area, take Fujikyu-ko Line train to Mitsutouge station.
In case of coming from Tokyo, I recommend you to take high-way bus from Shinjuku station and get off at Chuodo Nishikatsura. *It is called "Fuji-Goko(Five Lakes)/Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station Shinjuku" Line and costs 1,600 yen for adult, 800 yen for kids. read more

“ Lookout spots, Onsen and Trekking to see Fuji-San ”

Highlight of my entire trip! Booked Aya and a private driver to visit some of the best lookout spots to see Mt. Fuji with our own private onsen and some trekking to 3 different lookouts to see more of Mt. Fuji. I could not find any faults on our day together with Aya and our private driver. She is a real sweetheart who is also really down to earth. Not only that she is extremely knowledgeable in her field and expertise. I will definitely be looking forward to booking Aya again and making strong recommendations to my friends and family. She is extremely easy to communicate with prior and on the day. She is very accommodating to our needs and her hospitality was exceptional! extremely easy to get along with. I hope to meet you again along with my friends in the future. Than... read more

AYA:

Hi Andrew Thank you very much for the great review! You were so lucky to have such a fine day to see Mt.Fuji with autumn leaves from different aspects. I would like to see lots of photos taken by you using the special cameras. The things I won’t forget especially are ice-creams(blueberry and WASABI), your laughing from the private hot spring and the chatting during trekking. You all three were very friendly and kind that made me relaxed and enjoy the tour together. Time flies when we are having a good time. If you have next opportunity to come to visit Japan, I would like to meet you and support your trip again. I hope you three will get along well forever. Thank you!! Aya

AYA:

Ken and Sandi Thank you so much for giving me a great review. I could spend a wonderful time with you in the town of wineries, Katsunuma. We were able to visit 4 wineries you were interested in and enjoyed tasting. I was surprised with lots of knowledge about wines you have and also it was a good experience to hear about wines in Australia. I could feel you very close from the beginning and enjoyed talking with you about wines, our families, our countries and many other topics. We laughed a lot! I was such a lucky tour guide to have you as the customers. Thank you very much again for joining my tour. Hope we you’ll come back again to Japan with your whole family someday!
