“ Highly Reccomend ”

Tomomi was very welcoming and warm. I learned alot about the culture and history of the Fuji area, while seeing sites I would not have seen without her. She was very organised and helpful. I highly recommend! Thanks

Tomomi:

Your review is a great motivation for me to keep working hard so that I can provide high quality services that satisfy my guests! The day of the tour was wet and chilly. However, you two seemed to have an enjoyable time at each spot, especially at the lava tree molds. As a local guide, it is a great hoy that you were really interested in Mt. Fuji as the sacred mountain. Hope you deepened your knowledge about the different aspects of Mt. Fiji through tracing the footsteps of the Mt. Fuji Pilgrims. Arigato gozaimashita! (Thank you very much.)

“ Amazing day in Aokigahara ”

I had an incredible day trekking around the forest with Tomomi san, but I gotta say that the whole experience started since the moment I hired the tour, she got in touch in a few hours and provided very detailed instructions on how to get to our meeting point. Also, during the tour she is very very knowledgeable and not only that but so considerate as well always looking after me, she made me feel very safe throughout the whole visit specially since it was a very rainy and cold day. Visiting the forest was an amazing experience but doing it in company of Tomomi san made it much much better overall; highly recommendable and completely worth it.

Tomomi:

Thank you for your great review. The day you took the tour was rainy and freezing which didn’t seem to be a good day for the hiking tour. However, the forest was worth hiking through. The beautiful contrast of the fresh evergreen trees and the colorful autumn leaves in the forest was just amazing. I’m very happy that you enjoyed your time, exposing yourself to the distinctive nature. Your deep insights into various topics we talked about on the way were quite impressive. Thank you again for joining the tour. Please come visit here again to see Mt. Fuji!

“ Aokigahara, off the beaten path - The Tomomi tour experience! ”

To all those curious about booking this tour, Tomomi is a beautiful soul with genuine love for the Fuji/Kawaguchiko area. She was very flexible with our situation and very accommodating. There is not a bad bone in her body and she worked very hard to make us all welcome and inspired by the beautiful nature and energy of Aokigahara. We were able to see/smell/feel the forest and visit sights off the beaten path, thanks to her knowledge. We are all so grateful for this experience. Tomomi is well versed in ALL things Fuji/Aokigahara/Kawaguchiko related. She speaks very natural English, which only added to our experience walking through Aokigahara and visiting the Saiko Bat Cave to obtain our 'drops of wisdom'. This unforgettable day will absolutely become one of the great highlights... read more

Tomomi:

It was a lovely day we enjoyed hiking in the forest. We started the tour in the late afternoon and the time we shared together was not long due to the traffic congestion on the way from Tokyo. However, the peaceful and serene atmosphere spread through the forest was all to ourselves! Thanks to your positive and friendly manner, I had a lot of fun with laughter. Thank you again for joining the tour. You’re always welcome here, on the foot of Mt. Fuji!

“ An amazing day exploring Kawaguchiko ”

Tomomi was really fantastic. She was so full of knowledge of both the Mount Fuji area and of Japan in general. She takes nature tours and was so friendly. We had a truly amazing time with her. And her English was the best we have encountered here in Japan !

Tomomi:

Thank you very much for your great review, Gary and Suzanne! We spent just half a day together, but I had a wonderful time with you as you two were super friendly and kind. I love your jokes! What *******ted about during the tour varied from something serious to funny ones. I enjoyed all. I was really lucky to be your guide! Mt. Fuji and myself always welcome your visit again. Arigato-gozaimasita.

“ What a day! ”

Tomomi was very helpful and such a great companion to our family day at Mt Fuji. Very flexible as we had a handicapped father. She adjusted beautifully throughout the day that included her joining us on a fantastic speedboat ride on Lake Fuji. Definitely worth the extra money for a guide and she speaks incredibly great English. She made the trip memorable and even helped my dad which gave us a quick shopping trip break. Couldn’t do that great of a day without her!

Tomomi:

Thank you very much for your great comment on the day-tour. The time we spent together was short, but precious for me. I was just happy that I became part of your family and shared some memories your dad had in Japan in his childhood. The highlight of your day-trip must have been a speedboat we rode in Lake Kawaguchiko. You guys all seemed to be thrilled with it and have super fun! It was too exciting for me though.. Hope you all come back to Japan in winter to see a breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji and to enjoy “Onsen” (hot spring) which would be effective for your dad. Arigatou gozaimashita!
