“ We had a great time with Tomomi! ”

Tomomi is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She made it very easy to navigate how to get there. Highly recommend booking a tour with Tomomi!

Tomomi:

Thank you for giving me a good review, Sara-san. You and your cousins were so cheerful and friendly all the way during the hike that I had a lot of fun with you all. I’m just happy to have showed you around the forest as you had great interest in what you saw and experienced there. Mt. Fuji did not show us her beautiful appearance on that day unfortunately. However, now you have good reason to come back to the Mt. Fuji area again. To see Mt. Fuji!

“ Excellent trip to Mount Fuji ”

Our family had a great day with Tomomi San in Mount Fuji area. All of our communication and discussion about our family trip to Mount Fuji went on quite smoothly via email with Tomomi San before the trip actually started. Tomomi San gave me very useful advice on which express bus to take as well as best starting time for our tour. She was so kindly to arrange the itinerary in a way to make our teenage kids feel interesting. Unfortunately, we missed our first bus in Tokyo and arrived in Kawaguchiko bus stop later than our plan, but Tomomi San was so kind to rearrange the schedule, buy the sightseeing bus tickets in advance and do everything to make sure we get the best our of the day though we arrive late. The trip to Bat Cave as well as the short trekking in the "Sea of Tree" Forrest was w... read more

Tomomi:

Thank you very much for such a great review, Hang-san. Though the tour got shorter than scheduled, I had a precious time with you and your family. Two of your daughters were so adorable and friendly that I enjoyed chatting with them. I felt like they were my daughter’s close friends. I also felt really close to you through the chatting we had.The topics we talked about were various, but all were worth sharing. Thank your again for hiring me as your guide. What you saw and experienced are only a part of the Mt. Fuji area, so hope you come back there again for other must-sees!

“ Kawaguchiko Tour with expert guide ”

Tomomi was amazing. From all the work getting the exact itinerary that was the right length, getting us bus tickets, arranging a gluten free meal for my daughter and a birthday celebration for my husband, she gave excellent service before the tour even began. In addition, her certification as a naturalist made the hike even more meaningful. I highly recommend her.

Tomomi:

Thank you very much for your great review, Ilene-san. It was a great joy for me to celebrate your husband’s birthday with your family at the lunch break. Mt. Fuji is always shy around this time of the year. However, she showed us her beautiful appearance almost all the time during the tour. She also seemed to celebrate his birthday! The time we spent toghther was short, but I really had a wonderful time with you all. Hope the day-trip around the Mt. Fuji area will be an unforgettable memory of your trip in Japan!

“ Superb guide who is knowledgeable and friendly ”

Tomomi is a superb guide who is extremely knowledgeable. Over the course of several hours, she introduced me to Aokigahara, pointing out many interesting and important things about this remarkable forest that I never would have noticed myself. Tomomi is a local and nature lover, and it quickly became apparent that share cares a lot about the Fuji Five Lakes region and is passionate about sharing it with visitors. She knows the Aokigahara trails very well, which is valuable given that in a few places, the trail can become a little difficult to follow. I really appreciated that she showed me features of the area that aren't heavily promoted to tourists even though they are arguably more interesting than some of the popular tourist spots. Beyond her experience and knowledge, Tomomi is ... read more

Tomomi:

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Blair-san. It was a perfect day to hike through the beautiful forest brimming with greenery. The rain we had on the previous day made the deep green of the mosses and the fresh foliage stood out. I was just happy to see you enjoyed hiking fully even without Mt. Fuji. The Aokigahara forest is the most recommended place to visit among the tourist attractions around the Mt. Fuji area. Hope you had a great time exploring the forest filled with natural beauty spreads on the foot of Mt. Fuji and learned about various aspects of Mt. Fuji through the tour. Please come visit there again in the different season!

“ Aokigahara trail ”

Tomomi is an excellent guide. Detailed, considerate and very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Tomomi:

Thank very much you for your review, Wilson-san. The day you took the tour was quite hot. It was really nice to stroll through the forest on such a hot day since the dense foliage in the forest blocked glaring sunlight. What made me happy was that you two seemed to have enjoyed hiking and impressed with the distinctive scenery spread in the forest. I’m just happy to have shared such lovely time with you. I really appreciate that you hired me as your guide.
