“ One of the best days of my trip ”

First, let me say that my husband and I never hired a guide before. So this was our first time and we are extremely happy we did. From the time of booking she was very helpful and responsive answered any questioned I had. We were greeted with a warm smile and the tour didn't feel forced or boring at all. It felt like we went hiking with a friend who taught us about beautiful Mt. Fuji & The way of life in this amazing county.

Tomomi:

Thank you so much for your great review, Amber-san! A three-hour hike with you was quite exciting and enjoyable as we have something in common which is we all are the nature lovers! It was a nice surprise for me to know that you were on your honeymoon. I’m very pleased that I shared some of your special time with you. As there were few people on the trails and at the caves luckily, we enjoyed the serene and peaceful atmosphere of the forest to the fullest. Hope the forest hike will be one of the unforgettable memories you had in Japan! The Mt. Fuji area is rich in natural beauty and has the different faces though the seasons. Looking forward to your coming back!

“ We had an amazing day with the best guide ever!! ”

Our family of 4 (2 teen girls) had the most amazing day with Tomomi!! Firstly, she was super helpful with prompt communication right from the start(even before booking!), which continued right up to our tour date. Tomomi wanted to know our interests and planned accordingly. She also gave me explicit directions on how to get from Tokyo to Lake Kawaguchiko which we had no difficulty in doing ourselves. She met us at the train station and from there we had a fabulous adventure. We went straight to Chureito Pagoda, which for us was the highlight! We had perfect weather and were SO fortunate to see Mt. Fuji on a clear sunny day AND the cherry blossoms in full bloom. What luck we had!! We then enjoyed exploring the area around Lake Kawaguchiko with Tomomi even finding a local cherry blossom ... read more

Tomomi:

Thank you for giving me such kind words, Kristina-san. You all were super friendly and cheerful, so I felt really comfortable to be with you and had a wonderful time. It was a perfect day to enjoy the magnificent views of Mt. Fuji and the full-bloomed cherry blossoms under the clear sky, wasn't it? Hope a bunch of photos you took during the tour will be a part of the great memories you had in Japan! The happiest moment for me is to see my clients (YOU) having fun. I’m just pleased to have helped you enjoy the Mt. Fuji area to the fullest and learned about its deep inside. There are many other must-see places on the foot of Mt. Fuji, so you shouldn’t miss them. Please come back again!

“ A 6 stars experience with Tomomi! ”

Tomomi was very professional since we started talking about the Fuji 5 lakes area, providing us of every information we needed, and we decided to travel with her. We’ve spent a wonderful day with Tomomi, visiting all the places we wanted, including the best spots to see the cherry tree blossom, and having all our questions fully answered. A 6 stars experience!

Tomomi:

Thank you so much for posting such a great review. The day you took the tour was a bit chilly, and the sun was too shy to come out. However, you came to the Mt. Fuji area at the perfect time to see full-bloomed cherry blossoms! It was a great joy for me to see you two have a good time viewing beautiful cherry blossoms with a big simile and enjoy the local specialty “Hoto noodles” after standing in a long line. Your deep insight into the Japanese culture (Kimono) at Kubota Itchiku Museum was quite impressive and made me happy as I was proud of my own culture. There are some other must-see places on the foot of Mt. Fuji, so hope you’ll come back there again!

“ Lovely guide around the Aokigahara Forest ”

She shown me around the three caves, Wind cave, Ice cave and the Saiko Bat cave and afterwards we walked through the Aokigahara Forest for the rest of the tour. Never have I had this much fun hanging around someone in a long, long time. She is super friendly, great personality, and lot of fun to be around. I almost couldn't walk away when the time was over. It was truly a pleasure to have to have you as my guide!

Tomomi:

Thank you very much for giving me such warm words which motivate me a lot. The weather during a hike wasn’t pleasant due to wet weather. However, the rain didn’t bring many visitors to the forest. We were really lucky to have strolled through the forest in the peaceful and serene atmosphere. I also had a lot of fun chatting with you. Thank you so much for sharing your time with me. Hope the photos taken during the tour remind the wonderful memories you had in the forest. The Mt. Fuji area is worth visiting throughout the seasons. Mt. Fuji and myself will welcome your visit again! Arigatou gozaimashita!
