I've got the national license of a tour guide in English in 2013. Since then I attended a volunteer group which is providing a tour of the Imperial Palace East Gardens that used to be Edo castle. I guided more than fifty times in the garden as a volunteer and studied about Japanese history and culture.
I was born and grew up in Yokohama and I visited many places with my family. I used to work in Tokyo for more than 20 years. I have more than 100 tours in Tokyo as well as Yokohama, Kamakura, Hakone and Lake Kawaguchi and have been improving my tour. Therefore, I am sure that I can provide you the most impressive tour around Tokyo. It will be my great pleasure to help you to enjoy your stay in Japan. See you on my tours!!

Yuki was a wonderful choice for our first trip to Japan, he was gracious and accommodating as we spent the day exploring Asakusa, Akihabara, and harbor cruise. After touring Kyoto for 3 days we needed a slower paced day. Yuki adjusted our original plan to accommodate us. It was the perfect day. Thank you .
Very kind and knowledgeable man. Took me to the Imperial palace and told me do many amazing facts about the emporer and the history behind it! One if the best days if me trip! Would Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a nice informational filled day!
Our day with Yuki was amazing. His expert knowledge was educational and enlightenting. Had a wonderful day. The best way to see a new city in a foreign country on our first day of our 12 day tour. Thank you Yuki. Iain & Lisa - Australia
Yuki was wonderful. He was well prepared, answered all my questions by email and was prompt. We had a wonderful day exploring Kyoto and visiting the top sites. I know we would not have been able to see as much if we had done it ourselves. He met us at our hotel in Tokyo, helped us get the bullet train tickets at a discount, then helped navigate us through the sites we wanted to see in Kyoto ( bamboo forest, Toriii gates, golden temple). He added the Buddha temple for us and it was wonderful. We had homemade Kyoto cuisine at a local restaurant which was just perfect for our cultural experience. He then took us back to Tokyo on the bullet train. He also gave us some background and history of the shrines and temples with illustrations on his ipad. We had an amazing time and would do it again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU YUKI!!!
Yuki was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable of the history and culture of Japan. He had great visuals on his iPad that he showed us throughout the day to give us more detail about the history and locations we were visiting. He lent us a bus card that we added money to so that we could get to our locations faster. This meant that we had more time to visit once we arrived. We did up taking the wrong bus on accident, but he threw in an extra tour of one of the temples to make up for it. Overall, Yuki was a very knowledgeable guide and I would highly recommend him for your tour!
