Dear Akiko san,
Thank you very much for the box of assorted sweets made from Kuri. They are delicious & we are enjoying everyone of them. It was mezurashi since we don't grow Kuri here in Hawaii although we do have them in the markets but they are from China or US mainland. Marukai market
roasts & sells them.
It was our pleasure to meet you & as I mentioned in my earlier note, we appreciated your kindness by getting the tickets for the Romantic Train. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
It was nice to have you join us for lunch, too. Only wish we could have spent more time to visit with you.
Akiko, you did a good job making the Spam musubi--Jozu desu ne!
(Hope I spelled it correctly). Spam musubi is very popular & I won't be surprised that many okazuyas will be making them in Japan in the very near future.
Mr. Zumi san really made our trip most memorable with his changing the itinerary according to the weather, which we appreciated. He is such an efficient tour guide & also was an excellent caregiver for Coach Murakami. We will recommend his services to many of our friends.
Domo arigato gozaimasta!

We had a great day with Zumi-san (Takehiko-san’s nickname) on Oct. 13, 2019 He was great at communicating with us beforehand, and suggested some schedule changes given a big storm coming through. He was knowledgeable about the places we visited and very flexible in terms of making sure we did and saw what we most wanted to see.
Dear,Amy san and family. Thank you for your taking the service on 13th,Octorber and the message to take time. I'm so pleased to be given such a beautiful comment from you. Best wishes and see you again. Thank you very much. Sincerly Zumi
Takehito san was absolutely great. He is a very caring energetic person. We traveled some very narrow twisting mountain roads and felt very safe in his van and with his driving. Once having arrived in our destination, which was a small mountain village, Takehito san was able to fulfill the goals of my trip to Japan. He found someone who remembered my ancestors, found the family grave site and ancestral home. It was a very emotional time for us. We also found a possible relative we did not know existed. I can’t express how great full I am to Takehito san for his great effort and caring attitude. His English skills are also fantastic.
Dear Jim san. Thank you for your writing a comment about me all the way. It's my pleasure to help you find not only your family grave but also a possible relative. This is what your ancester's power made us lead it . Thank you so much and say hello to your family, particularly cute grand-daughter. King regards Zumi
Zumi San is very considerate when come to passenger who have difficulty walking.
Dear,Larry san. Thank you for your comment . I'll do my best for the customers who have difficulty walking.
We are very lucky to have Mr Zumi as our tour guide for Osaka, Kobe and kyoto. Mr Zumi drove us around in his car and he was always punctual to pick us up. He is a very careful driver who takes great care of our safety. He communicates well in English and is very thoughtful with his itinerary as we have two seniors in our group.
Dear,Ms.Amy. Thank you for your comment quickly. It's really my pleasure to give you a ride and finish the tour without troubles nor accidents. I wish you a happy life with your family ,also hope to enjoy another tours ,too. Thank you very much. Sincerly Zumi
