There are two distinct Japans coexisting in one fascinating country. One is the fast paced, packed train, high tech modern Japan. The other is ancient Japan, full of tradition, a strong sense of community and a deep connection with the land and the changing seasons. Miyama is a region 50 kilometres to the north of Kyoto city surrounded by mountains. “ Osaka Kyoto Family Holidays ”

Mitsui San is his name that we used over the 3 days we spent time with him. He was like a family to us and he provided the most care and attention for our travels as we have a 84 yo mum who is not agile and not able to walk long distances. He fitted in all our requests on places to visit and provide information on best spots to take the photos and even become our official photographer and our culinary guide. We had a great time as a family because of him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a guide. Thank you Mitsui San from all of us. Melissa, Doreen, Lai, Zoe and mum.

Mitsuyuki:
I'm very happy that I was able to guide a wonderful family from Malaysia. They were very good to their 84-year-old mother. I'm also very happy that I was able to accommodate their requests. Please come back to Japan.

“ A wonderful day tour around Kobe ”

My family and I booked a day tour with Mr.Mitsuyuki early July. I was mainly looking for a tour guide to take us around the attractions of Mt.Rokko and due to some mobility issues, hiring a tour guide with a car was a priority. I found out about Mr.Mitsuyuki and emailed him and he was very helpful from the first email. On the tour day, he was waiting for us on time in front of our hotel in Kobe. He then took us to the cable car station and we took the cable car to the upper station. He picked us up again in the upper station and here was were the actual tour started. Although, I have agreed on the itinerary beforehand with Mr.Mitsuyuki, on the tour day I talked to him about some changes (all within the Mt.Rokko vicinity) and he was very flexible and accommodating. After touring around Mt.Rokko, Mr.Mitsuyuki (as planned) took us to Kobe-Sanda Premium outlets. We did some serious shopping in there and Mr.Mitsuyuki was kind enough to wait for us until we finished (he even helped us with carrying the bags). Overall, I highly recommend booking with Mr.Mitsuyuki as he is very friendly, flexible and easy going. I wished that I had few more days around the Kansai area to book another tour with him. Thanks a lot for the great tour Mr.Mitsuyuki, if we ever find ourselves around the Kansai area again we will absolutely be booking with you.

Mitsuyuki:
Heba-san, thank you for the excellent coment. I really enjoyed the unique tour with your family. I'm always trying to be very flexible during a tour. I'm always trying to accommodate my customer's requests. You are always welcome. Please come back to Japan.

“ Friendly, Trustful & Reliable ”

Mitsusan picked us up & dropped us back at our hotel in Osaka , which made it very convenient for us. We had taken our teenage grandkids on our trip and so I arranged with Mitsusan on the places we thought they would enjoy in Osaka & Kyoto. Mitsusan was accommodating and we all had a fun day. Aloha & Mahalo, Mitsusan

Mitsuyuki:
I'm happy to hear that you, your husband, and grandkids had a good time in Osaka and Kyoto. I'm always trying to accommodate my customer's requests. Aloha and Mahalo.

“ Mr. Mitsuyuki is the best! ”

My children and I were extremely amazed with Mr. Mitsuyuki's professionalism as a tour guide. He was prompt , his vehicle was clean and spacious, his knowledge of the sights in Kyoto was spot on and his calm, pleasing demeanor was commendable. Mr. Mitsuyuki went above and beyond in providing us a wonderful and memorable tour of Kyoto. We were pleased with the time we spent with Mr. Mitsuyuki and would certainly use his services again, and refer to anyone looking for a guide. - Rena, Ken and Katrina Franco of San Francisco, CA, USA

Mitsuyuki:
Rena-san. Thank you for your excellent comment. I'm sometimes obsessive about something. But I'm really always trying to accommodate my customer's requests. They have limited time in Japan. I want them to have good impression about Japan.
