Kyoto is one of the most popular places in Japan, but recently it is always so crowded. But in the early morning, it is not so crowded. If you want to enjoy quiet Kyoto, I recommend you to visit there early morning. I will take you to a nostalgic old Japanese house for a cup of coffee and some rest. I am sure you will like it. In addition, why don't you try 'washoku', or Japanese cuisine and maiko dancing? My special early morning tour will give you wonderful and unforgettable memories in Japan!!

Yuriko was very proactive in advance of the tour, and worked out the perfect itinerary for us. She even checked out a few things in advance in person, even though she lives almost an hour away. Highlights included a lovely stroll through the bamboo forest, and an authentic feast at a local tofu house. Yuriko answered our many questions about Japanese customs and culture, and made the tour super kid friendly. She was flexible throughout and able to work with our same day requests. Thanks Yuriko for helping to make our trip to Kyoto highly enjoyable!
Dear Kevin, Thank you so much for such a nice review. I also enjoyed a lot guiding you and your family in Arashiyama area. Especially, I felt so happy to see your cute two kids. I had a very wonderful time with you and your family. If you have another chance to come to Japan, I would like to guide you around Gifu, my hometown. Thank you again for giving me such a wonderful experience as a tour guide. Yuriko
Yuriko is a delight to be with. She was knowledgeable of the places we visited and very patient of our spontaneous desires to do things other than our itinerary. I highly recommend Yuriko.
Dear Marilyn, Thank you very much for your good comment. I had a wonderful time with you and your cute granddaughter on 7/18. Especially, it was fun for us to talk with a local high school girl on the train, wasn't it? During the trip with you, I could learn a lot about tour-guide with elderly people. Thank you very much to give a nice opportunity to have a good time with you. I hope you will have a healthy and good life with your family, include your cute and kind granddaughter. Best regards, Yuriko
Yuriko is a soft spoken and well informed guide. We experienced an active and exhilarating day hiking from Magome and returned after spending a part of the afternoon at a museum on the art of woodblock painting. Yuriko did not seem to be in a hurry to finish her day with me and in fact, spent an extra two hours past her allotted time. She made sure to drop me off at my hotel even though she had to travel 40 minutes after that to get home. She made some interesting dinner suggestions. Highly recommended!
Dear Vandana, Thank you very much for your nice review about my tour guide. I also had a wonderful time in Kiso valley walking tour with you. Gifu is my home town and I am proud of it, because there so many nice places and culture in Gifu. I will make my own special itinerary for sightseeing in Gifu soon or later end post it on the Triplelights site. If you have a chance to visit Japan, please drop in my home town, Gifu. I am sure you will have another wonderful time and experience. I hope to guide you again. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Yuriko
Dear Alexandar, Thank you very much for your review. I am so happy to guide you around Kyoto today. You looked so nice with wearing kimono. It was so hot today, so maybe you might be tired. Please take a rest and sleep well. I talked a lot with you and it was fun for me. If I have a chance, I would like to see you and guide you again. Please come to Japan in the future! Thank you. Best regards, yuriko
Yuriko was so accommodating and our family had so much fun exploring Arashiyama with her. We would definitely do it all over again.
