“ Wonderful help in experiencing Kyoto! ”

Toshiyo did a wonderful job helping us decide how to best share Kyoto with our family (three boys aged 6-10). Despite some significant rain/cold weather, Toshiyo helped teach us about the great history of Kyoto's temples, shared one of her favorite soba restaurants with us, and adjusted the itinerary as the day progressed to make the best of our time together. She did a wonderful job!

Toshiyo:
Hi Carolyn and your beautiful family I am really happy to hear from you. Cold rain weather prevented the nice view of Kyoto from the monkey park, which was very sad. Hope you will come back to see more Kyoto in fall. Thank you very much. Toshiyo

“ Great day with Toshiyo ”

We had a lovely time with Toshiyo. Toshiyo planned our itinerary based on what was the farthest away from our hotel and what would be the hardest to get to as tourists. We were able to see 3 sights and have lunch in a 5 hour day. Toshiyo is eru knowledgeable about the history of Japan and her English is very good. If you book with her make sure to request the Soba restaurant by the river!

Toshiyo:
Dear Elena Thank you for choosing me as a guide. After walking a lot in Kyoto, I really hope you will have a good relaxing time in Onsen. Please come back again and see more in Japan. Toshiyo

“ Wonderful! ”

Toshiyo did a great job of showing us Kyoto. We covered the major sights all over the city, enjoyed a traditional soba noodle meal at one of her favorite spots, and learned to use the public transportation system. She enabled us to easily traverse the city for the rest of our stay, made recommendations for sights and places we would most enjoy, and helped us to better understand Japan and its wonderful peoples. We would definitely use her again.

Toshiyo:
Dear Kit Thank you very much for the review. I hope you had a great impression on Japan and Japanese people. Hope to see you again. Toshiyo
