This petite sophisticated Japanese teacher dipped us into the complexities of the Japanese culture - enhancing our appreciation of the country and its people. She was client responsive by adjusting the program at our request and made the day fit into an already busy schedule. Her grace, curiosity and intelligence made the time spent with her very worth while

We spent our first few hours in Kyoto with Toshiyo. We were only in the city for 2 days, and Toshiyo made our full 4 hours so educational and fun. She took us to all of the sights we wanted to see, educated us on the temples and culture and history of Kyoto, and even helped us navigate the bus and subway system as we had just arrived in Japan. Toshiyo made our trip to Kyoto so memorable and helped us maximize our time! We had a great experience, thank you Toshiyo!
