What to Expect

The elevation is not so high--about about 330 feet (100 meters) above sea level. Walking in the forest can relaxing. On a clear day, you can see Mt.Fuji and downtown Tokyo and Yokohama. If you'd like to enjoy your lunch with a beautiful view, please bring it with you. We will also stop by one of the old temples, Jinmuji.

Important

Almost all of the route is easy but there is one spot where need to should climb up while holding onto a chain. You can check the picture. If you'd like to have lunch outside, please bring it with you. Lunch is not included.

How much from Tokyo area to Jinmuji station ?

For example, it costs about 1,000JPY from Tokyo station to Zushi station by JR. This is one way. If you have "Japan Rail Pass for Tokyo wide", it can be used.

How can I prepare for lunch ?

Don't worry. There are convenience stores around stations. You can buy sandwiches, Onigiri (rice balls) and bento boxes. We can buy them together when we meet.
