On this tour, you visit one of the biggest Zen temples in Kamakura, Engakuji Temple. It is a typical Zen style temple. Next you visit Hokokuji Temple known as Bamboo temple. And you visit Jyomyoji Temple, and you can experience Japanese Tea Ceremony by simple way. You can also enjoy beautiful dry landscape garden. What to Expect

Engakuji Temple
・The temple is a 2nd rank of five great temples, and one of the biggest temples in Kamakura. The temple is located just in front of JR Kita-Kamakura station. You can enjoy beautiful nature and Zen atmosphere in every season.
・You can see two national treasures in this temple. One is temple bell called Ogane which was casted in early 14th century. Another is Shari-den which is the oldest Zen style building in Japan.
・You can see a very beautiful crowned Shaka Nyorai statue in a main hall which is a principal object of worship of this temple.
Hokokuji Temple
・The temple is well known as Bamboo Temple, and there is a very beautiful bamboo garden with more than 2,000 bamboo trees. The temple is recommended by Michelin Green Guide to visit because of its beautiful bamboo garden and quietness atmosphere.
・You can see very unique burial caves called Yagura in the precincts.
Jyomyoji Temple
The temple is a 5th rank of five great temples in Kamakura
・You can enjoy tea ceremony at tea room called Kisen-an by simple way just for 20 minutes or so
・You can enjoy a beautiful dry landscape garden drinking green powdered tea.
Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine
・The shrine is a one of landmarks in Kamakura, and more than 10 million people visit every year.
・Minamoto Yoritomo established the first samurai government here in Kamakura in 1192. He built Hachimangu Shrine as a family shrine of Minamoto family.
・The main shrine is designated as an important cultural property of Japan, and it is very beautiful when you see from the foot of 60 steps.
・If you are lucky, you can see Japanese style wedding ceremony at ritual dancing stage( Maiden)
