This tour covers the temples and shrines that house the Seven Lucky Gods in Kamakura one after the other in one day. You can complete this adventure in 8-hour trip from Tokyo. Gathering goshuin, red seal of each spot can also be a good commemoration of your visit to Japan. Moreover you will be able to enjoy the panoramic view of Mt Fuji beyond Sagami Bay at Enoshima, the first shrine of the tour.
Feel free to personalize this offer with MAYUMI.
I found that people who have already been to the major temples and shrines in Kamakura would like to explore deeper attraction of this historic town. To pay a visit to the seven lucky gods is one of the best ways to learn more about Japanese belief as well as samurai history. As elements of Hinduism, Buddhism, Shinto, and native reliefs merged to create a syncretistic fusion of religion in Japan, they are the gods believed to bring good fortune. Actually, there are temples and shrines that enshrine the seven lucky gods nationwide. The custom of shichifukujin-mode, where people pay a visit to the seven gods around the time of the New Year is popular in Japan. But visiting the seven lucky gods in Kamakura is popular throughout the year. Why not experience the mysterious world of the unique belief? I'm sure you'll appreciate hidden attractions of Kamakura.read more

I had a business trip which brought a colleague and me to Tokyo. We are jaded travelers based out of NYC (been everywhere and know everything types! ). We let Mayumi pick the itinerary for the day, and she brought us on a thoughtful and fun tour of Tokyo. From the fish market to historical sites, she blended factual information with historical detail to put it all in context. Tokyo and Japan are sophisticated, and she made it all come to life. Mayumi has a relaxed personality, and her English is fantastic. She is high energy and whipped us through the subway system in no-time! She is a true professional and a top-tier guide. If you are in Tokyo or Japan, Mayumi is an excellent choice. Good luck and great travels.
Knowledgeable, witty, personable and very dedicated. Speaks perfect English. For sure will use her again on the next trip.

Thank you for writing the great review in the midst of your busy tour, Pat. How are girls doing? I can imagine you all enjoyed Hakone and other places after Tokyo too. I was really happy to spend the pleasant two days with your family. Thank you again for giving me such a great opportunity. I really appreciate it🙏 Waiting for all of you to come back to me in the future!
Mayumi is full of energy and loves sharing information about her city. Communication was very easy and she was able to show us part of Tokyo we have never seen. Mayumi was able to fulfill our requests to go to specific places to do some shopping and our favorite part eating all the goodie around the city.
Thank you for posting a great review, Michael. Your comments really encourage me to offer even more interesting tours to my future guests. Of course, I'm always prepared for the next adventure with you and your family. Never come back to Japan without letting me know that. Hoping everyone is doing well. See you again!
Very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She regaled us with inside stories and trivia about the sites we visited. She is fun and always smiling. Her in depth knowledge made our experience more stimulating and fun at the same time. Will book a tour with her again and again. Thank you for the wonderful four hour tour with you Mayumi. You were amazing!
