Gathering goshuin, red seal of each spot can also be a good commemoration of your visit to Japan. Moreover you will be able to enjoy the panoramic view of Mt Fuji beyond Sagami Bay at Enoshima, the first shrine of the tour.
Feel free to personalize this offer with MAYUMI.
I found that people who have already been to the major temples and shrines in Kamakura would like to explore deeper attraction of this historic town. To pay a visit to the seven lucky gods is one of the best ways to learn more about Japanese belief as well as samurai history. As elements of Hinduism, Buddhism, Shinto, and native reliefs merged to create a syncretistic fusion of religion in Japan, they are the gods believed to bring good fortune. Actually, there are temples and shrines that enshrine the seven lucky gods nationwide. The custom of shichifukujin-mode, where people pay a visit to the seven gods around the time of the New Year is popular in Japan. But visiting the seven lucky gods in Kamakura is popular throughout the year. Why not experience the mysterious world of the unique belief? I'm sure you'll appreciate hidden attractions of Kamakura.read more

If you want to learn about Japanese history and present time Mayumi is the right choice. We asked her many questions about traditions and rules..we learned a lot about history of this great country. But be ready to walk fast and follow her closely 😉..
Thank you for posting a good and kind review, Julia. The tree days I spent with your group was quite a great experience. Beautiful days in Tokyo, Kamakura, and Nikko. I wanted to show you as much as possible, but It seems that I should have make it more slowly. I'm always trying to accommodate to my guests' pace but it was not enough this time, I guess.. Your comment reminds me of what's the most important for me. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to rethink about that. I'll keep it in mind and keep trying to improve my tour. Please say hello to everyone!
We could not imagine a better guide for touring Tokyo. Since she is born and raised in Tokyo and she studied history in university, she was a wealth of knowledge. Her English is fantastic and her personality is so delightful. She spent a good deal of time in preparation for our trip in order to show us the specific sights and experiences we wanted. She then was still able to adapt without hesitation when we asked for changed that occurred due to the tour company itinerary changes. We wanted to see. The Nebu shrine, a normal Tokyo residential area, eat where the locals eat and architectural sights. Then we had to add in shoe shopping as I left my tennis shoes at home. She took us to a lovely stationery store where I was able to buy the most precious gifts for the grandchildren ...light weig... read more
Hope you are having great days. Thank you for posting such a great review quickly. Our tour focused on the places where you can feel the local atmosphere. I really enjoyed the relaxing tour that day. Thank you for sharing me the beautiful day with me. As I searched places you'd like to eat, it made me more knowledgeable about healthy restaurants. I'll be back there again. I loved it. Thank you again for everything. I wish we'd do another special tour next time! See you again.
Mayumi was not only extremely knowledgeable in all subjects in which we were interested but she was very accommodating (even taking us to the Cat Cafe in Tokyo), fun, spoke very good English and was always cheerful and energetic. My daughters and I could not have asked for a better guide, or a nicer person! The Donohoe Family
Carol, thank you for writing such a wonderful review. Hope you all are doing well. I well remember the pleasant two days. It was a lot of fun! I went to Nikko again the day before yesterday. I couldn't but chuckle to myself when I think of your adventurous morning from Narita. I guess there are more things for you to see and experience both in and outside Tokyo. Please come back to me in the future. I'll be waiting for the next adventure with you. Please say hi to girls!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Mayumi. Her personality shined through and her expertise of Tokyo gave us the ability to explore the city in great detail.
Thank you for writing the great review, Glenn. Thanks to you, I had a great day with Adam & Amanda after you left me. I wish I could have met you again that morning. But I'm happy to know that you were totally enjoying rugby. Tomorrow will be a big day for you. Go go South Africa! Hope we'll meet each other again in the future.
We enjoyed 3 days with Mayumi! We visited Nikko, Mt Fuji , and Kamakura with Mayumi She is amazing! She is professional, knows and loves Japan! We had thousands of questions and she always had answers! She is a very caring person with beautiful sense of humor, was ready to help and explain everything possible Never even watch her own time And we are extremely thankful to her to make our trip to Japan unforgettable! If you want to enjoy Japan and learn you have to share it with Mayumi! Thank you sooooooo much, dear Mayumi!
Thank you sooooooo much for your quick and warm review, dear Anna! Hope you are enjoying every single moment. I really miss you. The days we spent together were full of happiness and luck. We saw more beautiful things than I expected. Although we had rain when we went to Nikko, things like Shinkyo Bridge, Toshogu Shrine and surrounding nature were even more beautiful thanks to the rain. But the biggest factor that made our tour such pleasant and happy is your kindness and sense of humor. I really appreciate it. I wish I could be with you longer. I know that your travel is still going on. As a typhoon is approaching Japan and it'll get cooler and cooler, please take care and enjoy the rest of your travel. I believe that our paths will cross again someday. Please say hello to Daniel, Jenny... read more
