First destination is Natural Sand Steam Bath. After taking a very unique bath nowhere else you can experience, we go to Somen Nagashi fine noodle restaurant for lunch. This is also unique to Kagoshima. Then we go to Kamafuta shrine with a panoramic view.
Feel free to personalize this offer with Mikiko.
At Ibusuki Sand Steam Bath, you are literally buried in a warm sand near the ocean. It must be comfortable and I'm sure it could become an unforgettable experience for you. As lunch, we eat fine noodle in a very unique style. You cannot experience it out of Kagoshima. Then, you continue to do something very unique at Kamafuta Shrine. That stands at seaside, so you can enjoy the view, too.

It was pleasure to spend our day in Kagoshima with Miki, she was such a well-spoken and extremely knowledgeable guide. She had amazing communication and organisation before the day and was able to answer all of our questions in great depth. And above all she was so friendly and lovely, we had all made such a wonderful friend by the end of the day!

Miki is local to Kagoshima and knows the history of the area very very well. She also serves as a English speaking guide at the Sengan-en Garden (which also houses a museum of Kagoshima). Her communication before the day was excellent and very timely. Her clarity during the day was perfect. If you are looking for a personable, well informed, very competent guide who speaks impeccable English, then Mikiko is your person.
