This is a private tour by van or by bullet train and bus from Morioka in Iwate Prefecture to visit Samurai District in Kakunodate and Lake Tazawa in Akita Prefecture. Six samurai residences remain in Kakunodate, making it one of the best places to see an example of a Japanese castle town. Me and my daughter(15 yrs old) had a great time with Akiko, she's organized. She met us up in the hotel on time, travel straight to the spots and explains while travelling. I did learn a lot about Aomori and when to visit best Aomori again. I will surely choose Akiko again.
