There are a lot of potteries and galleries in the downtown and can enjoy a ceramic art experience and shopping.
Kasama Ceramic Museum and Kasama Nichido Museum are good place to enjoy ceramic art.
Within the town, you can move to sopt to sopt by Kasama tour Bus smoothly.
Another attraction is a historic Kasama Inari Shrine, one of Japan's three biggest Inari shrines.
Approach to the shrine there are many shops and restaurant. You can enjoy local atmosphere and local food. Inarizushi ( Sushi Pockets) is recommended food in Kasama. It is vinegared rice balls wrapped in deep fried tofu pockets. Many shops offer original Inarizuhsi. Enjoy !

How much is the transportation fee from Tokyo?
If you take JR limited express train to JR Tomobe station, ticket is 1,940 yen and limited express ticket is 1,340 yen, so total fee is 3,280 yen/ one way and it takes about 1 hour. From Tomobe st. we take Kasama tour bus.
Another transportation is express bus (Yakimono liner) from Akihabara, Tokyo. one way ticket is 1,500 yen and it takes about two hours to Kasama. If you want to know more detail, please contact me.
