“ Yoko - Great Tour Guide ”

We can't thank Yoko enoughg for her assistance during our one day visit to Fukuoka and as a first time user of an independent tour guide certainly consider it a better option than the expensive on shore program offered by the cruise line. General program for our three hour tour was confirmed well in advance of our arrival(party of 4 young seniors) , Yoko was at the terminal at the appointed time and had maps and other material of interest for us. We had a great time visiting temples , shrines and other places of interest-Yoko spoke excellent english , was very knowelagble of the area and took great pride in her city and what it had to offer. A bonus at the end of the tour was that Yoko found us a great Japanese restaurant and navigated us through the menu (all in Japanese) as several of our group had food allegies. Highly recommend Yoko & Triplelights Service .

Yoko:

Dear Peter, thank you very much for the nice comment! I was honored to be the first Japanese citizen and tour guide for you. All members of your party are cheerful and friendly that I myself enjoyed the tour very much. Your stay in Fukuoka was the right time when we had a lively atmosphere of Yamakasa festival. I hope you found it interesting because the festival is the symbol of our culture. Above all, I really appreciate you invited me to your lunch in the end of the tour, which was so generous, and I was so happy to be part of your group. I hope you come back to Japan again in the future!! Thank you very much for the great opportunity.

“ Two great fun and exhilarating days ”

We found Yoko to be very friendly and knowledgeable about Fukuoka and Nagasaki. We enjoyed our time with her and the effort she made to guide us using the local transportation. When she noticed some members of our party exhibiting some mobility difficulty she started finding stairs and elevators for us to use. When we were confused and not quite sure we could make it back to the ship, she took extra time to make sure we got there by accompanying us. She helped my wife find a "hapi coat" that mine son wanted and she even got us to the English Mass in Nagasaki on time on day two. Aside from all of the information we got, as we were walking toward the shopping center, we crossed a bridge over a river. On the next bridge behind us was a group of bridesmaids and groomsmen waiting for the boat with the bride and groom. She pointed out the boat coming towards us that had the bride and groom. Just then someone with the wedding party and some photographer rushed up to us. They gave everyone some confetti and we were able to let it drift down on the happy couple as they crossed under the bridge. It was a very nice moment that we would have missed out on if Yoko had not told us what was going on. An excellent high light for our two days with her. We would definitely recommend her for anyone visiting either Fukuoka or Nagasaki.

Yoko:

Dear Steven, thank you very much for the warm comment on the tour! I really appreciate the specific feedback telling me what points you liked about the tour. All members in your group are so kind and friendly to me from the beggining, and showed their interest on what I said during the tour. I myself enjoyed the tour over two days thanks to your corporation. Say, as you mentioned it, we were so lucky that the scene of the newly-wed couple on a boat made a highlight of the tour. It was an unexpected exciting moment, wasn't it? And thank you for the opportunity to participate in English Mass which is an extraordinary event for me. I've learnt a lot from you and your members through the coversation over two days. Thank you very much again for giving me the opportunity, and I hope you come back Japan in the near future!

“ Excellent day in Fukuoka with Yoko ”

From out first contact with Yoko we knew we were in good hands. Yoko was always extremely prompt when replying to our emails. This was particularly important to us as although we have travelled many times it was to be our first visit to Japan and Fukuoka. Yoko assisted us in designing an itinerary that suited all of our requirements (party of 4) and we were able to fit quite a lot into one day. Yoko herself arranged a private car (great driver, very new and clean car) for us, spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining points of interest. We would highly recommend Yoko as a guide for those travelling to Fukuoka, Japan

Yoko:

Dear Phil, Catherine, Trish and Emma, Thank you very much for the nice comment on my tour! I myself really enjoyed the day to spend with you looking around Fukuoka. And your specific requests on what you want to do was very helpful to make an itinerary. Thanks to the request, we could extended to Uminonakamich park with beautiful roses in full bloom and enjoy cycling too. That was a fun for me to share the relaxing time with you. I hope you see a lots of things on the journey in Japan and come back here another time in the future!
