Wonderful tour guide, highly recommend him! Beyond just “seeing the sights,” Akira shared his own personal knowledge/history, explained customs. Guided us onto the subways and paced the tour so that we could take in main sights, and included “off the beaten track” places as well. English was the spoken language and felt at ease since can be hard to communicate with the public, at times. Guided us to a great sushi restaurant for lunch at Tsukiji Outer Market. Did quite a bit of walking, so put on your comfy shoes...the only way to see Tokyo! When in Tokyo again, will definitely sign up with Akira again! We were delighted to have spent the day with Akira. He was like “family,” welcoming us home and spending time together! Thank you!
Dear Karen, Thank you Karen, for the wonderful review. I am very happy that you enjoyed the day with beautiful cherry blossom, fresh sushi, and silence in the middle of Tokyo. We could only covered 3 places however, I think it was a good introduction for my loving city. Also, I am very happy to hear that you felt l was like a “family” because I felt the same way. Guiding people like you, joly, curious and warm hearted, is always a joy for me. I am very looking forward to having another chance to explore this highly organized chaotic city together. Sincerely, Akira
