We wanted to go to the Mori Digital Art Museum in Tokyo, as well as seeing some other highlights of the city. We were on a cruise ship, docking in Yokohama at 12.30pm, and needed to be back by 9.30pm. so we didn't have a lot of time. Communication through Triplelights in organising the trip with Toshihiro was excellent. He replied very promptly, and I contacted him numerous times. We had a lot of trouble finding out where we were docking (cruise ship gave me the incorrect information three times), but with a lot of work from me as well as Toshihiro who rang the Yokohama Port Authority on our behalf, we were able to verify the correct dock and make arrangement to meet where the ship's shuttle was dropping us off. He was there waiting for us, knew the exact trains to catch and the amount of money we would need on our Suica (transport) cards. His English was very good, he was courteous, and even though we didn't see everything we wanted to (we wanted to spend a lot of time at the museum which is situated quite a distance from the centre of Toyko), we got back to the ship in plenty of time. A highlight was going to an authentic Gyozo restaurant for dinner with him. We would recommend and use Toshihiro again.
Dear Hella-san, Thank you for the excellent tour review. It was my first time to visit the Mori Digital Art Museum in Tokyo. Thank you for the marvelous experience. To enter the Mori Digital Art Museum, we waited more than one hour. I should have obtained such information and explained to you as a tour guide. But I didn't. I must appreciate your patience. Before the tour, we had exchanged a lot of information on the pier your cruise ship would dock at. Finally you got right and enough information. You gave me appropriate idea where we should meet at. It was very helpful for me. I like travel. I went to various countries in the world. But I have never experienced the travel by the cruise ship. You taught me about the travel of the cruise ship. It was very useful for me. This tour was done for very short while during the time your ship docked. Next time, please come to Tokyo for longer period. Best regards, Toshihiro
