We are a family of three, and we are spending a two-week vacation in Japan. On our first day, Shizuko gave us a perfect introductory tour to Tokyo and Japan. We started at Hamarikyu garden, continued with Asakusa and the Senso-Ji temple, saw the Shibuya crossing, experienced Harajuku, and finished the day at the Meiji Jingu shrine. We had a wonderful tea ceremony in a tea house at Hamarikyu and enjoyed delicious ramen noodles in a tiny restaurant in Asakusa. We learned to navigate the Tokyo metro (once we had an introduction it was much easier than we thought), and Shizuko helped us to activate our JR pass. On top of that, she gave us good recommendations for the next day and took some nice pictures of us in Tokyo. Shizuko is very knowledgable, well prepared, organized, patient, and fully adjusted the tour to our needs. We highly recommend her.
Dear Dietmar, Thank you very much for your warm review, Dietmar. I really appreciate it. Although it was a little early to enjoy cherry blossoms in Tokyo, I’m so glad to know you enjoyed the tour. I myself enjoyed and had a fun with you and your family with talking about many things. Especially it was so impressive for me to hear about health insurance systems in the US, Germany and Spain you explained. It was really nice to learn like this. I hope you will continue a wonderful trip and have a chance to enjoy cherry blossoms in full bloom while you are in Japan. Thank you again and give my best regards to your family. Shizuko
