Dai was a great host and tour guide for a first time family coming to Japan. My family consists of five people: myself, my wife, two teenage boys (15, 18 y.o) and my mother in law (77 y.o). Dai was able to quickly navigate the city using the subway system. He knew when to adjust our schedule to maximize viewing different tourist spots on our tour. Here are the many sites we saw over two days but not in this exact order due to adjustments made. On 18th. 1. Imperial Palace Nijubashi Bridge 2. Tsukiji Outer Market 3. Asakusa - Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street ( lunch ) 4. Ueno - Ameyoko Market Street 5. Akihabara - Electric town, also famous for anime, manga, games and animal cafes On 19th. 1. Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building ( including 200m-high observatory ) 2. Tokyo Station 3. Ginza - High-end Shopping District ( lunch ) 4. Meiji Jingu Shrine 5. Harajuku - Takeshita Street 6. Shibuya - Scramble Crossing and Dog Statue of Hachi On our third day in Tokyo by ourselves. We felt much more confident getting around and experiencing this wonderful city and culture because of Dai and all that he taught us. Many thanks Dai for a memorable trip.
