More disorganised than expected. The biggest disappointment was spending almost an hour in a queue for Tokyo Sky Tree entry. We had stated in advance that we loathed crowds, yet were taken to the Sky Tree late morning at peak queuing time. In prior email exchanges we had received no guidance that advanced web booking or fast track was available! Unnecessarily sapping and such a waste of time that a more organised guide would have avoided. We were then tired and hungry as much lunch was later than expected. Dragged unplanned after lunch through more crowds at Ueno "Park", no grass in the Park and pethaps 2 out of 1200 cherry trees had blossom and were inundated by hordes of Japanese. On to Tokyo Station, but by then the Tokyo rush hour was starting and yet more crowds. Sorty but when we say no crowds we mean it and expected better time management.
Thank you for letting me know your feelings. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience. In Tokyo especially this time from end of March to mid April it is cherry blossom season and also spring holiday of school children so every tourist spots are very clowded. Our tour yesterday was just starting to crowd it was not usual crowd so I didn't feel what you feel. Also rusn hour starts around 6:00 PM so it was far from that hour. However I should give carefull consideration to you and others who doesn't like crowd. I think I live in Tokyo so luck of feeing of crowd. Actually you booked another tour itinerary which not include Tokyo sky tree so I didn't give you any guidance in prior email. The day before we exchange email at that time you like this itinerary spots. It was no problem for me so I didn't mention about this matter. After all it was my fault that I made you disappointed. I'll keep to do my best to progress my guiding skills to make cliants happy. I wish you'll have a great time in Hiroshima and Kyoto.
