Mr. Yuki met us very punctually. He was very informative and kept a brisk pace, allowing us to a number of sites during the day. He handled purchasing the tickets we needed to navigate about Tokyo. The restaurant he suggested for lunch was elegant, quite and out of the way (a nice break from the heat and crowds outside). I was able to have some interesting chats related to his profession, as he was a nuclear physicist. We were fortunate to have Mr. Yuki as our guide! view more

I had one day in Tokyo and was lucky to stumble upon TripleLights and their services! I engaged Kyoko as my guide and we spent a wonderful day together. We went from Shibuya to Shinnbashiand Hamarikyu Palace, which was very beautiful. We had a lovely traditional tea ceremony there, then took the water bus to Asakusa. It was a great way to see an overview of the city and get a break from the heat! Then we went to Sensouji Temple which was beautiful and also did some shopping there. We had a deli... view more
Mrs Atsuko is an excellent guide who is fluent in the english language. I mention that because that is not easy to find in japan. She worked out a plan according to our wishes and showed us everything we wanted. She is a well educated and delightful person which i can highly recomend. Chris and family from Austria view more
Mack is knowledgeable in the history of Tokyo. He is very accommodating. My sister walk slow and he slow the pace to the point that we were over the end time. He also pick us up at the hotel and bring us back to the station near the hotel even though I told him that it was not necessary. I will not hesitate to book him again. view more

Eriko was an incredible tour guide. We covered a lot of ground and Eriko was able to explain every place we visited along the way. She was thoughtful and was very patient and flexible even though our group kept getting separated from one another. She even booked us a traditional tea ceremony which was my favorite part. I was overall very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge about the country. I would 1000% book Eriko again if I'm ever back in Tokyo. view more
Masahiko was an excellent guide. He communicated well throughout the booking process and made sure our itinerary suited our small group. I was a bit worried about finding him at our appointed meeting place but he was there with a sign and found us right away. (awesome!) We walked through Kabukicho and visited a samurai museum, had a drink in Golden Gai and ate a quick snack in a yokocho. Masahiko provided interesting facts along the way. We enjoyed all of his recommendations and would defin... view more

Haruko is an excellent tour guide. Coming from the U.S. and only have three full days in Tokyo, we used her as our guide the first day. We knew we wanted to go to the fish market, but otherwise really left it up to her. She planned a great fun-filled day for us, seeing six different sites, and took us to a fabulous lunch and taught us how to use the Metro with ease. She is very knowledgeable about Tokyo and Japanese history as a whole. I would definitely recommend her! view more
