Customer Reviews for Osaka Tours

Kazuhiko was extremely professional and we couldn't have asked for a better guide on our day around Osaka. He took us exactly to the places we desired to visit in our custom tour (including all the way to the Kofun burial grounds). We traveled with our 1 year old baby and he was very patient and helped us find all the ways throughout Osaka to take our baby with our stroller. view more

Seiko was the perfect guide for us! She is very knowledgeable and tireless. We explored around Osaka on one day, and toured Fushimi & Uji on another, including sake and tea tasting. She knew wonderful places to take us, many of which were not typical tourist places. She was a pleasure to be with and her English is excellent. Highly recommend booking Seiko! view more

I want to say we are so pleased to have had Hideo san come guide us to the castle and the rest of the city tour, my wife and I really enjoyed his company and the local-perspective he used when describing the various places we visited. The visit to Umeda Sky building was phenomenal!! We learned a lot from Hideo san about navigating the subway system and were able to follow his concise instructions to get back safely to our hotel. view more

On my first visit to Osaka, my guide Toichi provided excellent insight as well as knowledge only savvy locals would know. He gave me historical background information that made the city come alive. He took me to tiny alleyways with excellent restaurants and we also visited a water god shrine that was not in my guide book! He also explained in a very interesting manner about the various customs and cultural aspects of both traditional and contemporary Osaka. He is incredibly knowledgeable and spe... view more

We are a family of 4, with 2 teenagers on our first trip to Japan. Fumi showed us the highlights of Osaka on our day tour. First, she took us to Osaka castle. It was hot that day with little shade, so Fumi helped purchase our tickets while we waited under a shaded spot. She is very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She was also very patient as we walked through the museum floors of the castle. She then showed us the popular shopping areas. The Kuromon market was very interesting. The entire plac... view more

We had a very great experience with Seiko! She met us at the café next to our hotel, and we walked the streets of Dotonburi on our way to Osaka Castle. She was friendly and so nice! She also brought us to Kuromon Market which was one of the best experiences of our trip! We loved it so much, we went back for more street food! She was so patient with us and gave us the ability to customize our tour and stop at places we wanted to go! It was fun getting to know her and she was very outgoing! ... view more

Mitsui San is his name that we used over the 3 days we spent time with him. He was like a family to us and he provided the most care and attention for our travels as we have a 84 yo mum who is not agile and not able to walk long distances. He fitted in all our requests on places to visit and provide information on best spots to take the photos and even become our official photographer and our culinary guide. We had a great time as a family because of him and would not hesitate to rec... view more

We had made some last minute changes to the itinerary and Kenji was very flexible and adaptive to switching things around. He spoke English very well and is very knowledgeable about the history and culture. We did not feel rushed and most importantly my kids loved him. He also helped us pick out some great spots for lunch and dinner - as we wanted to try restaurants and cuisine that more... view more
