There is a reason why Mari has high reviews. I booked a tour with her and she was very accommodating, prompt and knowledgeable about the area. She truly made my stay in Japan a great one and I would highly recommend her to anyone else wanting to tour Japan. She even brought a cooling neck wrap because it was hot the day of our tour. She really puts her guest first and enjoys what she does and it shows. view more

Mari did a great job of putting together a private 3 hour layover tour for me. She met me at the airport and in the short time we had we visited a temple, a shrine, did some shopping, sake tasting and tried some fresh eel. I would highly recommend if you have a long layover, to look her up and get out of the airport :) view more
I had a 5.5 hour layover in Japan and thought it would be fun to see something of Japan that wasn't the airport. I found Mari on TripleLights and wrote her a note. She had come to Narita before our meeting to find some good souvenir shops and a ramen shop. As promised, my flight landed and Mari was at o... view more
This was my first visit to Japan and planning the details of my trip was becoming overwhelming. So happy to have found out about TripleLights and especially Koichiro. I can't say enough good things about him. He speaks excellent English and was easy to talk to. When I gave him a list of things that I wanted to see, he was able to quickly setup an itinerary for me that made sense given the locations to make the best use of my time. He even offered suggestions on other places to see that migh... view more
Nobu took us on a customized tour in Narita which was very informative and enjoyable. We visited different shrines and we were fortunate enough to attend a Shinto ceremony in one of the shrines. Very impressive!! We also visited a sake brewery where we attended a presentation on the production of sake. Nobu did everything thinkable to make our tour as memorable as possible in which he has succeeded 100%. I would highly recommend Nobu. view more
