“ Osaka cruise port to Kyoto ”

Hi Mitsuyuki, My family would like to thank you for a wonderful private tour to Kyoto when we were in port on the Diamond princess. We were able to customize our own tour to include more sites than what the cruise ship offers at over half the cost. Most importantly returned on time to the ship at half the price the cruise ship offers. This was our itinerary: 8:00 Pick you up at Osaka Port 9:30-10:15 Nijo Castle 10:30-11:30 Kinkaku-ji Temple 12:00-12:45 Nishiki Market 13:15-14:15 Kiyomizu-dera Temple 14:45-15:30 Fushimi-inari-taisha Shine 17:00 Drop you off at Osaka Port We paid for the extra hour to be able to see Nijo castle. Mitsuyuki was very polite and courteous. He listed the exact cost for tolls, parking, and entrance fees for our itinerary so there were no hidden surprises. He was even early to pick us up at the exit of the terminal with a sign with our name. We were 6 elderly people and appreciated the ability to be driven to the destination instead of walking to to take the train. Turned out to be a better price for the 6 of us than the private tours from guides who would take you by foot and use public transportation. Thank you for such a memorable experience. Best wishes and good health to you always. Regards, Trang and family

Mitsuyuki:
Hi Trang-san and family, Thank you for your excellent reactions to the Kyoto tour. I had a good time with all of you. You were calm and well-mannered all the time during the tour. And I cannot forget your daughter's support. The tour needed an accurate itinerary. The ship was scheduled to arrive at the shore at 7:00 and set sail from the shore at 19:00. I was able to make up the itinerary by coordinating it with your daughter. I was able to easily find the place to pick you up and recognize you, because she sent me the photos of the cruise terminal and you previously. It was a good experience for me, because the number of clients to pick up from cruise ships will increase gradually. If you have another opportunity, please visit Japan again. Best regards, Mitsuyuki

“ Two day Kyoto tour ”

It was a good experience with Our tour guide. He was accommodative with the schedule and the whole trip was pleasant. We would like to get more history and information about each site but we understand his English is not fluent. Still recommended!

Mitsuyuki:
Thank you for your opinion. I will study more about history and information about each site.

“ Nara and Kyoto ”

Our tour of Nara was very disappointing. Mitzuyki is a very nice man, but he did not seem to have experience or extensive knowledge about the sights of Nara. He had very little information or knowledge to share with us about the history or culture of Japan and the sights we visited. We relied on our guidebook more than we would have wanted to. When we returned to Kyoto from Nara, Mitsuyuki seemed more knowledgable of the city and its sights. We enjoyed our visit to Roanjii Temple tremendously where he was able to provide valuable information. Although we were aware that we would pay for tolls and admission tickets, we were surprised by the amount. The tolls and parking were an additional $50. It might be a good idea to provide this information to your clients in advance.

Mitsuyuki:
Dear Danielle-san, I'm very very sorry to hear that I've disappointed you and your husband. I have to experience and study more about the history or culture of Japan and the sights of Nara. I should have provided you with the information about tolls and admission tickets in advance. I will do provide my customers with the amounts of tolls and admission tickets from now on. Best regards, Mitsuyuki
