We had 2 days with Haruka and prior to the tour he was very quick in replying, accommodating and changing the tour around to suit our requests. We had a lot of requests and changes 2 weeks out. He was knowledgeable in what to see, when to see where to see and was good in giving information on how much roughly things would cost (from food to entrance fees and transportation). We just wished he was able to talk more or provide information on places instead of just taking us there. We always had to ask questions, although he knew the answers to them, he was not very vocal or entertaining. He is a very nice young man, but we did not think he was professional in Tour Guide. But do bear in mind he is not licensed. Still, thank you Haruka for your many information prior to the tour. We saw all the places we wanted to see.
Dear Tereza, Thank you very much for taking your time to write a review. It was a pleasure hosting the tour for your agency’s guests. Apologies for being unvocal. However, I did have a lot of things to think about when I saw one of the guests on a wheel chair. Unfortunately, Japan is not as developed as it should be in this area and without any upfront notice, there were many things that I had to consider and change. So I do remember when your two colleagues, who came along with the trip, telling me to entertain the guests more after visiting the first site. I do also remember your colleague showing discontent after realising that I wasn’t licensed and needed to pay for the entrance fees. However, I do have this written in the voucher. Lastly, your colleagues didn’t come along to most of the other sites and you were not present, so I don’t think it would be fair to say that I wasn’t entertaining, just seeing a part of the picture. The most important thing is that the guests have told me they had a wonderful time and they even gave me a tip after the tour, so I’d appreciate if you considered the guest’s voice, not just your colleagues.
