We were supposed to be guided for 2 days but because of my husband being brought to Emergency Hodpital we shortened our tour for 1 day. I asked our guide to refund our 2nd day since my husband was sick to avail the travel but triple lights did not refund our money. I know u have cancellation policy but I hope you are more considerate coz my husband is diagnosed with mild heart failure which he needs rests n possible to fly back to Canada. I am still appealing to refund the cost of the 2nd day tour. Thank you.
Dear Ms.Riza I appreciate your feedback. Are your husband all right ? When I received your email in the morning, I was very surprised and I went to your hotel. Moreover, I sent email to Triplelights about refund. Because of cancellation policy, you can not receive refund. There is nothing I can do about that. Sorry!! I pray that your husband get well soon.
