We had a great day with Hero this past week. His English is excellent and he knows the Kansai region very well. Even though he doesn't live in Kobe, he took us on a great tour of the city. We asked him to take 5 of us out for a private food and drink tour, and he found many interesting places to take us. I would recommend him to anyone. view more

Seiko was the highlight of our Japan holiday. We were 4 Australians in our late 40s cruising around Japan and had never used a private guide before. We decided to give in a go as an alternative to a cruise booked tour. So pleased we did. She met us at the cruise terminal and help us change our JR Voucher into tickets. We then spent 8 hours touring Osaka & Kobe. Including the Castle, Shinsekai, Nipponbashi (subculture street) and Kuromon Ichiba Market. We walked, used subway and trains. She took ... view more
Kaori greeted us with a huge smile and made sure we could get about Kobe very effectively. She had gone out of her way to find somewhere tasty and interesting for lunch and because both of us had an interest in textiles she found a wonderful weaving class we could take. The time spent with Kaori was very enjoyable. She gave us an insight into how to get about Kobe which was invaluable. Would highly recommend a tour with Kaori. view more
