Excellent communication with Yuki. All questions were answered promptly while preparing for the tour. He is patient, dedicated to his job and speaks very good English (he was a former English teacher). Time to see the sights of Hakodate was limited (1 day only) and challenging due to snowing but Yuki was able to show us a lot of places in a short time and he gave us time to enjoy the snow (we were able to build a snowman!) as it is the first time for the other younger members of our group to experience snow! ?
Hi Carol, Thank you for the review of your trip. I'm really sorry you spent the time in Hakodate on a stormy day at the end of the year. It was very cold and the view was blocked by the bad weather. The good thing for you was that we had more snow in Hakodate after you came to Hokkaido, and some of you started making a snowman, which was the last thing I had expected. Their snowman was almost perfect! I wonder where they learned a skill to make such a pretty snowman. Well, I hope you will remember the time you spent here and that you may have another chance to visit the city, say, sometime between spring and fall. Yuki
