Customer Reviews for Hokkaido Tours

Eri made this trip the easiest we've ever done, anywhere. On the first day she went out of her way and actually came to meet us at the AirBnB we were staying at. She knows the best places to eat (why else are you coming to Japan?) and not expensive restaurants, either. We traveled by train, bus, subway and even an aerial tram. Of course, there was also a lot of walking. Eri is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Hokkaido. My only advice to Eri is to slow down, sometimes, and let ... view more

Our family had a wonderful time with Eri. She was very knowledgeable and had a wealth of historical knowledge about Sapporo. She really went above and beyond for helping us find a lost cell phone (left on a bus). We must have called her a dozen times. Don’t think we would have successfully retrieved the phone had it not been for Thanks for everything Eri! view more

So happy I chanced upon SkyX through Triple Lights for our Furano trip. Pre-trip, Nicole and Adam were always prompt, courteous, very helpful in answering my many questions. That made planning so much easier. From the moment we were picked up on time to reviewing the day's itinerary, to checking if we needed a food/ restroom break, the team of Mori-san and Kimora-san were so professional. I would very highly recommend this service to anyone going to the hard-to-access destinations in the Hokkaid... view more
