Michiko was a very good communicator and joyful to be around. Her easy going personality made our trip even more pleasurable. She was informative, organised and knew exactly where to go for views at Shirakawago and also where to eat! She was very helpful as my husband and I travelled with 2 young children. She was very kind and I highly recommend her for a tour. She is highly knowledgeable and we ask many, many questions! view more

Very happy to tour with Tetsuji-san! We arranged a visit to Mino for traditional Washi (paper) crafts, as well as Seki for the Sword museum and a knife making factory tour. In addition to planning a great day in Mino & Seki, he helped keep us on schedule with trains, arranged a delicious lunch, and did a great job of answering our questions. After the trip, Tetsuji was kind enough to send us pictures he had taken of us during the day to help with the memory book of our vacation. Excellent commun... view more

Lovely tour with Michiko who is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and history. Her attention to details (booking lunch place in advance so we can be seated immediately amidst the tourist crowd, checking out points of interests before the tour to make sure everything is in order ...) clearly shows her enthusiasm and effort in making your trip as enjoyable as possible. Thanks very much, Michiko, for the fascinating tour! view more

Yuichi was terrific. He knew where to take us and the background for each venue. Pleasure to spend time and do what we wanted as he was very flexible to tailor the trip our needs. Also, he felt he did not spend the hours we booked 1 day, and returned some of his fees. I did not know about it or want any funds returned, however he insisted on refunding the money. Very honest!!!! view more

Michiko-san has provided us with an excellent experience from the moment we inquired with her on the possibility of a ski trip for our family where we have no prior experience. Upon understanding our requirements and status of the family (we had 2 young kids under age of 6) she actively checked with the various ski-resorts/slopes and came back with several suggestions coupled with her recommendations. Upon the confirmation Michiko-san constantly updated us on the latest status of the ski-slop... view more

Awesome tour guide! Took us to Shirakawago and Takaoka. First time for our group to have a tour guide and we enjoyed every minute. Attentive to our religious background, foods, and etc. Our group loved sushi at Takaoka. FYI- If you go to Shirakawago, make sure to have lots of 100 yen coins with you. Some of the places at shirakawago charges entrance fee which ranges from 200-400 yen. The bus which takes you up to the observation point was 200 yen I think. Our group had fun! view more
