Masatoshi San is a wonderful guide. He treated us to some wonderful sushi in the magic show to break up our day. We spent nearly 8 hours with an itinerary that he put together that made every minute count. We were a little late coming off our crew ship and the patiently waited for us until we were ready to go. I feel as though we’ve made a new friend and we are looking forward to our next visit to Japan and enjoyed his company to show us his unbelievably beautiful country. view more

We can't thank Yoko enoughg for her assistance during our one day visit to Fukuoka and as a first time user of an independent tour guide certainly consider it a better option than the expensive on shore program offered by the cruise line. General program for our three hour tour was confirmed well in advance of our arrival(party of 4 young seniors) , Yoko was at the terminal at the appointed time and had maps and other material of interest for us. We had a great time visiting temples , shrines an... view more

Right from our first correspondence, you notice how EXPERIENCED and EFFICIENT he is. He promptly replied to emails and queries, gave great suggestions and was sensitive to your requests. He was punctual when he met us at Hakata port and was very personable. He is EDUCATED, a great storyteller with goo... view more

She introduced us restaurants that local people would go. For me, travelling is getting to know life and values of the people I visit. In that part, it was very lucky for me to meet her through triplelight. view more
We found Yoko to be very friendly and knowledgeable about Fukuoka and Nagasaki. We enjoyed our time with her and the effort she made to guide us using the local transportation. When she noticed some members of our party exhibiting some mobility difficulty she started finding stairs and elevators for us to use. When we were confused and not quite sure we could make it back to the ship, she took extra time to make sure we got there by accompanying us. She helped my wife find a "hapi coat" tha... view more
