We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Eddy who not only showed us what was described on the itinerary like the Castle Museum , the Shinto Shrine and the shopping centre (where we bought excellent sashimi at ridiculous low price) but also enlightened us on Japanese culture. He showed us the correct ways to pray at the Shinto Shrine for example which was interesting. As it was our first time navigating the public train and bus system his patience and guidance was invaluable especially if we plan ... view more
The family thanks Nobu for a memorable experience through the Chiba Prefecture. To witness the Prefecture's resiliency after Typhoon Faxai was encouraging. Nobu made adjustments due to some establishments were still closed due to the typhoon, but was able to provide the family with the key points that we had discussed, and verified in advance that those sites were still accessible. He also shared one of his favorite locations. We understand why it can be a favorite get-away. We also wi... view more

For my second visit to Tokyo, I decided to spend one day to visit Chiba which I did not know anything about. I chose Yuko as my guide because she seemed very kind and friendly. I was not disappointed. First she helped me find the best transportation to meet her and then guided me to the places I was most interested in in Chiba area which were the Makuhari Messe and the Chiba Castle. I enjoyed my visit of those less crowded places. And it was really nice to meet her family. Yuko’s husband is so n... view more
The cycling tour with Nobuyuki was absolutely fantastic. He picked us up in our hotel for an enjoyable train ride to his hometown. The cycling was enjoyable and the scenery beautiful. It was fantastic to see a part of Japan that was so full of natural beauty, so close to Tokyo. The lunch of sushimi was top notch too. Nobuyuki is a friendly, engaging and interesting guide and made our day an extremely memorable experience. Thank you!! view more
My wife and I decided to go to Japan for our honeymoon and we found Kahoko on the triple lights website. She was the 1st person to respond to our inquiry about touring Tokyo and was extremely professional and helpful the entire trip. We had some last minute adjustments to our itinerary and Kahoko planned around these accordingly. She is bright and charming, she helped make our trip the best of our lives. view more
We had never been to Japan before and meeting Yuko at the train station was our first 'real' interaction with a Japanese National outside our hotel. I cannot express how grateful I am that I chose Yuko to be the first stop on our long tour through Japan. She showed up exactly as she said she would, took us first to an authentic Japanese confectionery shop on the way to her home - interpreting and guiding us through the options and helping us make choices while there. Then it was a quick walk th... view more
