Please notify us of which terminal of Narita Airport you use.
If you are picked up at Narita Airport, the driver will meet you at the arrival area.
If you use the car from 10:00pm to 5:00am, late-hour charge of 5,500 yen is necessary.
Cruise terminal pickup on time and efficient
booked from hotel to cruiseport via get your guide; driver was on time, courteous, was able to navigate around heavy traffic & get us to the pier in ample time; there are trains to yokohama but you still have to deal with actual arrival at the port which is very busy; great service
Driver was on time ( early), friendly, courteous and professional.
The driver was excellent he arrived early with the necessary car seats for a baby and small child. He was polite and helpful (We had a lot of bags and baby gear). The mini bus was very comfortable and clean.
We recently had 3 trips with ASKAtours in Japan. The first was a ride from Haneda airport to our hotel and it was handled very well. The driver was waiting just outside customs with a sign with our name on it, so we did not have to search for him. He took care of all of our luggage and provided a pleasant ride to the hotel, providing some 'tourist' information about different things along the way. The second was a two-hour tour of Yokohama, ending at our cruise ship. The driver was very good and provided a lot of information on the tour. He was also very flexible and willing to take us wherever we wanted if we had specific requests.
