The class location is 7 min walk from Yotsuya station. Starting with a short lecture about Japanese basic seasonings, and seasonal ingredients for cooking, then let's cook using fresh ingredients. You can choose the menu from my list of 20 kinds of main dishes. I recommend a seasonal main dish, but you can customize your menu. We will cook 7 kinds of dishes including rice and miso soup.
