Intermediates' hands-on Japanese cooking class with a chef

Hands-on cooking classes will be held at a Japanese cuisine restaurant in Hiroo, an upscale residential area. You can learn the basics of cooking of Kaiseki cuisine. Also, you will enjoy Sake accompanied with dishes! Our instructor, who has a mastery of Kaiseki cuisine, will guide you step by step in making the dishes and decorating plates. For your more intersts, the instructor shows you more tips in Japanese cooking.


  • 2:45 pm: Meet us at our restaurant! (wash your hands, put on your apron, and get ready for your lesson!)

  • 3:00 pm: Introduction of Instructor, and lecture on the basics of Japanese Cuisine

  • 3:10 pm: Brief Explanation of Recipes, Demonstration & Hands-On Cooking

  • 5:00 pm: Plating & Decoration

  • 5:15 pm: Enjoy your dinner with Japanese Sake!

  • 6:00 pm: End of the class
